I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary for me to leave one after my visit here. Great customer service from start to finish. The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice and answered all questions. Once I got there, Terry was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The waiting room was very clean, and pleasant with a play place and coloring books for kids, and beverages to enjoy while you wait for your car. The front desk staff were super nice as well. I took my car to get an alignment, and my steering wheel felt just like new after it was serviced. I definitely recommend this location!

So, I absolutely love Caliber Auto Care!!! First off, I am a coffee drinker and they have amazing Starbucks coffee while you are waiting! I also love that the facility is super clean from the waiting area to the restrooms. The moment you walk through the door the staff members are super inviting and so kind. Lorelei and Amanda are my girls! I love their transparency when giving quotes for things that need to be repaired on my vehicle. I also appreciate their willingness to help correct whatever concern I may have with my vehicle on my visit for that particular day. I truly appreciate all of their help every time I stop by more than they know! This will be my forever go to place I take my vehicle! Thank you both and your entire team so much for being amazing! They have done a good job taking care of my vehicle! I like that they submit repair/service information to your Car Fax account for your vehicle. It helps to keep all the data in one place and let's you know when you have upcoming repairs and services for each vehicle. It is a great value in maintaining your vehicles history and needs.

My experience was excellent! I have found my go to car care location! The service was professional and personable. The waiting area was stocked with drinks, tv and comfortable chairs. Run, don’t walk! These folks are the best!

This place is amazing. First, it's basically a coffee shop with a place for kids to play. Second, their customer service is incredible. The people who work there are different than any other car repair place I've ever been. Third, they do great and courteous work. Go here instead of somewhere else.

I am very glad I brought my car into this place. I was having issues with my car where it was cutting off when I took my foot off the brake and tried to accelerate. I called several Chevy dealerships and they did not know what was wrong with my car or just wanted me to bring it in and pay the diagnosis fee of almost $200.00! I wanted another opinion… As soon as I brought it in to this location and explained the issue to the manager he said he had an idea of what was on but wanted service to check it out to make sure his suspicions were correct. He checked me in and my car was checked out within 30 minutes. When the results came back it was just as the manager suspected.. all I needed was a new battery… and they had the battery on hand. I purchased the battery and they installed it within minutes. I am so thankful to this very curious and professional manager. He saved me so much money and I’m grateful for that. I would highly recommend this place. They are honest and being helpful.

Hands down by far the best experience I’ve ever had for a car inspection! This place is organized, clean, and very thorough. They have a great waiting area and even a small play area for kids. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Each inspection takes about 20-30 minutes and it’s first come first serve.

So if you are looking for a clean and reliable place come here!!! Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

I want to thank Caliber for having awesome customer service. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle . When they just needed a couple more hours to complete the job it was gonna put me without a car to get home from work . They were awesome because they brought my car to my place of employment so it would be there for me when I got off work!! I really appreciated that, thank you Lorelei for your kindness and great customer service in making it work .

Absolutely the BEST!! Customer service is A1, they are completely transparent about work needing to be done, and the atmosphere is inviting… oh and let me add- you can’t beat their price point- they come in well under other repair shops in the area.

You won’t be disappointed!!

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! Terry Brower was my Service Advisor and really did an amazing job in assisting me. He was very thorough, efficient, and helpful in aiding me in my current car needs. Really appreciated that they could price match my dealership estimates, quickly order the parts I needed, and even offered to Uber me to and from my home location while waiting for my car services to be completed. Thank you so much Terry! I will most definitely be back for any further future car care needs!

Good customer service. Not pushy no getting recommended repairs done - leaving up to customer to decide. Excellent ambience in the lobby and waiting area. Good Starbucks coffee too as you wait!

Fast, friendly, and transparent repairs. Came in with close to no idea what was wrong and they walked me thru the car symptoms and what each thing was. I felt the service was high quality and they had my car done in the time they stated they would.

The service was exceptional! I received a call within minutes after placing my appointment and the service rep assured me that they would be ready to take my car in prior to appointment time if needed. They completed the work late on a Friday afternoon which was great! It saved me from having to find a place on my off day Saturday. Customer service was exceptional. I will be taking my cars here in the future and highly recommend.

Caliber Auto Care is the best place I’ve taken my car for routine and emergency maintenance. Their stellar customer service and friendliness is felt the moment you walk through the door. You can tell transparency is a big part of their culture and never blind side you with a crazy high quote just as you’re about to pay. If you’re in a bind, or need routine maintenance then this is where you should go.

I live in Dallas and my truck broke down in Houston. I brought my car to Calibur and they took care of everything. Terry was very thorough with the diagnostics. The staff was so nice and helpful and I will always recommend them to anyone.

The did the job quickly and took care of all the insurance issues. Terrance B. communicated clearly and regularly throughout the process. When I had forgotten something in my vehicle the mechanic staff put in extra effort to help me retrieve it even with the vehicle stuck up in the air.

Pete was amazing. He was fast and all I had to do was give him the key. The inspection was fast. Gave me useful info on other things I needed for my car. The sitting area was plush and they have a Starbucks machine that also made hot cocoa. One young lady gave me chocolates simply because I said I needed something sweet. I enjoyed my service visit.

I most definitely will be back, the service was amazing the service advisor Lorelei was so much help she went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and to make sure I got my car back on time the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a great job I will definitely be recommending Caliber Auto Care to others

This place is awesome. I actually overheard them offer to buy another customer lunch because he car was using longer than expected! Great people with efficient service. The waiting area is comfortable and they take good care of you. I'll always go here for my car services.

I visited this location about a week ago to get my coolant replaced and Pete Rhymes was so helpful! I explained to him how a few other things might be wrong with my vehicle: and he took the liberty to give me a report on what might be due in the next few months or so. His customer service was exceptional and I’ll be back because of him. If you do decide to visit this location I recommend working with Pete!
