From the first phone call to the Thank You notes, working with Colonial Funeral Home was very easy. There is absolutely no hard sell, which we appreciate, especially during a difficult time. They were extremely responsive, caring, and even followed up. I would definitely recommend this funeral home in the Irving area.

Frank made A very difficult time much easier. And he informed us of some of the other funeral homes exorbitant cost. He called the one we were using because of we had our mother’s plot there and the cost to dig alone was crazy and showed how they were out to get you at your lowest point. Frank will always get, my business from now on. I found him very honest and straightforward. He made it easy to Make some tough decision

Our parents passed away within four months of each other. One was expected, the other was a complete shock. We were ill prepared for the first one, much less the second happening so quickly thereafter. Frank Labby was a lifesaver. From the very first meeting he made us feel like family. The two persons who picked up the deceased from the residence provided good information regarding their services, and they handled the body carefully and respectfully.

My family has used this funeral home for over 20 years This funeral home is great and they make it so easy. I just had my Grandmothers funeral here in January her name was Nanny Linda Strickland she is missed by me her grandson her 1 and only caregiver. I love you my nanny.
