CVS

This review is for the store and not the pharmacy as I've never used a CVS pharmacy.

I've been shopping at CVS for about 4 years and love this store. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, and any time I've ever had an issue, the manager has rectified it immediately. I've stopped at other CVS stores in and around Nashville but still always prefer the one in Dickson.

I’ve never had a problem with CVS. I compare them to other pharmacies that I’ve used. My current pharmacy has longer wait times, fewer staff, and more errors. But CVS seems adequately staffed, and the pharmacy group is actively working on customers instead of chit-chatting or running around aimlessly.

Thanks so much for going above and beyond to assist me on New Year's Day morning around 10am 2021 in filling my grandsons prescription. The insurance card would not process for some unknown reason. With it being a holiday, I couldn't get issue resolved with insurance company. You were awesome in finding an alternative to paying full price for meds, thus saving us $75.00. I didn't get the pharmacist name but the clerk's name was Mykala (spelling might be wrong). Many thanks to both of you!!

I've switched from a nearby pharmacy to this CVS for all of my prescriptions. Much much quicker, my medicine has never been out of stock here, and the staff has always gone above and beyond to help with insurance, finding coupons for one (especially expensive) medicine we need, etc.

I go to this CVS once a week to get laundry care products and other items. The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and willing to help if i cannot find what I’m looking for. I normally have coupons with me and the cashiers are very patient and willing to work with me. Love this cvs!

Great experience with CVS pharmacy. Vinh, the pharmacist, was very helpful! And…my husband thinks he’s cute! I was able to get my medication in a reasonable time. Hands down great customer service! Good job, Vinh! I am one happy customer

I showed up right at 6 (their closing time) and was originally told to come back tomorrow, but a very nice person by the name of Donna shamed the other technician into helping me. (Thanks Donna, sick kid at home and you may have saved a life)..

CVS in Dickson happily helps you use the carepass and other coupons to save the most money. The staff are very friendly.

My family has been going to CVS for years. I trust the pharmacist wholeheartedly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pharmacy was great to get an antibiotic filled that I needed that other pharmacies didn’t have

Cvs has always been very helpful to me with my prescriptions. The staff is friendly and my prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner
