Mast General Store Knoxville

We love shopping at the Mast store. They have a good variety of products that are made of excellent quality. There are some beautiful store front exhibits that have been decorated for Christmas. This is one of the best stores in Downtown Knoxville

I love this store! There is so much to look at and browse about without feeling like you have to buy anything. The candy selection could drive a kid nuts but I appreciate the nostalgic childhood candy vibes it provides. There were lots of soap scents to smell and they smelled wonderful. I like the overall variety of clothing/toys & mast general items(hence the name) 😁. The pricing is medium to high but when I go back I will for sure buy some socks and a book or shirt. I'll be back!!😸😸😸

Such a fun shopping experience. Great friendly workers too! They have A Candy Store with vintage candies from your childhood. I bought A Mass General lil Barrel and you can stuff it full of candies 10.00 barrel and ten more to fill it. Great value or you can buy the candies per lb.
But so much more there. Unique fun merchandise you don't see everywhere. Oh and you can bring dogs in! Ours didn't like the Easter Bunny!

This place is huge, and I didn't even make it downstairs. They have all kinds of cool stuff, from clothes to food items. And I guess most of the outdoor gear is downstairs. I only took a few pics, but I'm sure there's a ton on here. I bought a sweatshirt & a couple other things, but I will be back. When you're done here, you can head to Phoenix Pharmacy & get a banana split.

Good golly miss molly, this place is delightful! You can spend hours walking around every wonderful corner. Each nook and cranny is thoughtfully arranged with interesting items. Beautiful, clean and bright. Stop here if you feel like having a great experience.

If you were born in the 80s, nostalgia will set in immediately... Bypass the clothing and make your way to the candy and toys section! Our visit today included live music. Super cute store to keep us busy on a nasty, rainy day.

Really fun store, so many essentials thrown in with tons of random items; I never knew what I would come across next. Loved the elf on the shelf hunt that started here too, we got to explore a bunch of little shops we wouldn't have gone into otherwise because of it.

Had a little bit of everything! Great place to browse and you'll always find something that you didn't know you needed before coming in! Best thing is the staff... very friendly and extremely helpful!

This place is fantastic! Just when you think you've seen it all, you've never been to a MAST GENERAL STORE! Remember as a child when your parents threw out your favorite item? This is where you can find it again. They have EVERYTHING that you had during your childhood, toys, candy, gadgets, it's such amazing collection that if you haven't been there you won't believe it. You can find a gift for every friend on your Christmas List all in one place. The nostalgia will have you grinning ear to ear. MUST VISIT

Must visit location for a week rounded shopping experience for the family. There are some pretty well reduced items for the bargain hunter and some really unique items otherwise like traditional rocking chairs. I love the hiking section which has a great selection of mainly high end gear

I had an out of town guest and we went specifically for the barrels of unique candy. We could have spent another hour or more looking at all of the quality merchandise on display ! My friend bought socks, a jacket, and ornamental items for the mantle of his new home.

My daughter's and I stopped in while on our way to Gatlinburg. Such incredible nice employees huge shout out to Shayna who went above and beyond to help me. They had a chair i wanted to purchase and we were in TN for a few days so she contacted their roanoke va location to see if they had it which they did she arranged for roanoke location to hold the chair for me so I could pick it up on my way home and this would work better for me. Again THANK YOU Shanya you are AWESOME!!!

Always a great visit to Mast General! Great clothing selection, fun gift items and the “penny” candy selection are just a few of my favorite things!! There customer service representatives are some of the nicest around.

Love this store!!! They have everything you could possibly need or want from clothing to apple butter and everything in between!!! Their selections of everything is always top notch. We always go to Mast General Store every time we go down town. They have everything imaginable. Everything for hiking & backpacking, to candy, to seasonings, to wind chimes. A must go to if ever on Gay Street in downtown Knoxville.

So I was dreaming of the perfect flannel shirt for the holiday season and stumbled into Mast General. What a sweet store. They have so much to offer..clothes and nick nacks galore! I loved all of the Knoxville items but what caught my eye was the shirt I was dreaming of! It was the perfect lumberjack red and just the right female cut. Can't wait to sport it around Nashville for the holiday season, see some lights and sip hot cocoa🎄🎄🎄
