I have never had better service at a doctor's office...from the front desk to the medical assistant to the NP to the check out lady. Special kudos to Kendell and Krista for their professionalism, positive attitudes, and caring concern.

I personally have never had any issues here. They see me quickly and are nice and professional. I have really liked the doctor and PAs. I needed a nebulizer during covid (I have COPD) and they got me one and medication right away. They make my CT appointments for lung cancer screenings and have never overcharged me as far as I know. Unless these things change, I’ll keep going back.

I had a wonderful sleep study experience here. Michelle was my overnight tech - she was so sweet and put me at ease. Prior to coming in, I was worried if I would have trouble sleeping....but I slept pretty dang good overall. It was almost like having a night away to relax (I’m a mom of a 1 year old). For me, the environment is comfortable and the setting works great. I felt safe and secure. I never did see Dr. Patel personally, as I was referred over here by Dr. Yu for insurance reasons....but for the sleep center itself and Michelle, I have all great things to say. It was easy and quick to get my appointment, and a super smooth process overall. I came in on Sunday night and got my results from Dr. Yu Tuesday morning. My results put me at ease, as I’ve been going through a lot health-wise this past year, and was always a bit concerned about my sleep. I’m really glad I came here. It was a Sigh of relief I’ve been needing. Highly recommend them and their sweet staff!

Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I don't know the reason for the bad reviews. Had my first appointment and would definitely visit this office again.

COVID messed up being able to see them for a while but they got me in office as soon as they could and have been on top of my treatment.

Awesome providers for top notch pulmonary and sleep medicine!

It is great to me I go to my appointment and they take care of all my medication that I need right there for me. Thank you very much ❤

I’m surprised I’m giving two stars. The lack of communication is horrible. I really should have read the reviews before I went. I suggest reading the reviews before setting an appointment.

Never put my new insurance into the computer so 6 months later I get a call saying my account was going into collections, my husband payed the account and I won't be going back.

Can I rate zero? Because I’d like to rate ZERO!! HORRIBLE office staff!!!! My husband and I work long, long hours. We tried to reschedule appointments with them, and they sent us letters that we were no shows!!!

Went to another sleep doctor in town, and THIS clinic was supposed to call us to supply us with at home sleep study things. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL FROM THEM!!!!!

Sad that they’ve been getting terrible reviews about their office staff for years now, and haven’t fixed it….

I have give them multiple opportunities. But the front office stuff can not never get it right, If I could give them 0 star I would.

Husband has severe sleep apnea. He went to his primary who referred him here. The office told him an AT HOME SLEEP STUDY would cost $275, but wouldn't say why. Then when he called, the woman said it was wrong and correct amount was $300+. He has since changed PCP for this horrible referral, and has gone to Vanderbilt where there was no rental costs for an at home sleep study.

Go to Vandy or any other well established hospital instead of this place for a sleep study.

Worked here and on my 2nd day, I was let go due to an incident with my child at school. At the time of receiving the call from the school I was getting ready to take my hour break. So I left during that time since my child’s school was just 10 mins away. I was dropping my child off to head back to work, when I got the call saying I was being let go because I had to go get my child from school. Before I started they knew I have a special needs child and seemed very understanding but turns out they just needed someone there and when there was an emergency it didn’t sit well with them. Great ladies that work there but the providers aren’t as great. I watched 3 patients in under an hour walk out because they were very unsatisfied with not having received their supplies in over 3 months.

Poor feed back. And don't respond to voicemail. On an immediate hold then hung up after
