I love City Wireless! I had a cracked screen and had it repaired quickly without issues. The family vibe and customer service are great. You get greeted upon entrance and never have to wait too long. Along with phones and repairs, there are also plenty of accessories to add to your phone at a good price. Check it out, not a waste of time or money.

I have had them replace my phone screen twice now. ( Yes, I'm clumsy) They have done a great job and the price was very reasonable. The wait is a little long ( overnight at least) but that's probably because they get a lot of business. They even replaced my LCD screen free of charge because of an issue they found AFTER they had opened up my phone to replace the screen. This is the only place I would go for a screen repair.

I shattered my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus but the LCD was still working. Every other place was quoting me in the hundreds of dollars so I shipped my phone to City Wireless and their service was exceptional! They communicated with me if I had any questions. The phone was mailed back 3 days after they received it and they provided tracking. Now it looks brand new!!! For the price you really cannot compare it to any other service for Samsung Galaxy S8. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I took my phone to get repaired there and they gave me an affordable price. The quality of the repair was very good as well, you could"t even tell anything happened to my phone to begin with and i haven't had any issues.

I've always had great service at City wireless, even when I had to bring an item back they checked out the problem and repaired it without charging me extra. The staff is courtesy and professional. The tech us knowledgeable in what he does. Best thing is he'll let you know if he can't fix it.

Nothing but the best service, receptionist greet you as soon as you enter the business, which doesn't happen in some businesses. The technical aspect is just as great, problem was explained, I was expecting a higher charge for the repair but was quite surprised with a very fair price.City Wireless will get my business as well as my family's business.
