Had really good customer service from Liduvina Karim. She did a really good job on giving us all the information we needed for us to make the best decision for our family. She was super helpful even though we asked her for several different quotes and asked lots of questions.

Wow! My issue was resolved promptly and seamlessly!! All of the hard work was done by Zoraide Sanchez Rivera. I had a billing issue with a Non-Profit of which I am the treasurer. Zoraide was able to identify the problem and address all of my concerns. She also confirmed receipt of the information needed by me! Great agency with great people.

When I called in I was very confused and upset about my policies and the prices. I was also having a lot of trouble getting my name fully changed over numerous of calls. With State Farm, I get way more coverage for 1/3 of what I currently pay. Liduvina also helped me add home insurance when I went from homeless to homeowner; we bundled my car and got me covered.
