Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Matthew provided fantastic service! Had a kitchen sink drain clogged deep in the walls.

He cleaned the clogs right out and gave us tips on preventing the same issue from happening again.

We scheduled a drain cleaning service, Steven came here on time and fixed the problem. He was amazing! Everything went smoothly, he explained how he’d approach the issue and the difference between the prices prior, and fixed everything within 30 minutes. Definitely would use the service again if needed!

George was incredible! We had a potential mold and moisture issue and he was able to diagnose and measure moisture levels and get us taken care of. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also very quick service. Didn’t have to wait weeks. Someone came by the next day, only because we weren’t available the same day in the evening of the day we called. Very highly recommended, great service!!

Matthew was just great!! He showed up at an odd hour (which I really, really appreciated!!) - and was very thorough in his investigation of the problem at hand - making sure my pipes were thoroughly unplugged and cleaned out before he left.

Our technician (Kelvin) got here at the very beginning of the arrival window, explained everything as he went along, and made sure the problem was resolved completely before he left. The topper to the whole experience was that he was so nice, informative, and forthcoming with advice that will help us in the future.

Steven was very professional and explained everything to me and then answered all of my questions which is vital when you have to spend hundreds maybe thousands of dollars on a fix. You have a good one, don’t let him go! I just need to find a way to charge my tree in the yard for this one Maybe cut it down and sell it as firewood.😉

I wasn’t sure what to expect when calling Roto Rooter my first time after finding my toilet was leaking into my bathtubs. It was an unpleasant catastrophe that I would have no clue how to handle. I didn’t have to try, thanks to their technician, Jonathan, and their cameraman (for the pipe), Cody. Jonathan hung in with me for hours until it was concluded that the City’s sewage line has a clog causing my issue and it seeped into my front and back yards. I would have been lost and in hysterics in sewage without Jonathan’s calm and kind demeanor and I will be forever grateful to him. He also translated for me to my neighbor, who was also affected by the clog and is worse off than me. Jonathan was thorough, explained everything to me and didn’t leave me in confusion. I’d give ten stars if I could!!!!!

Always the best service! I put in a request at almost midnight (non-emergency, but they have emergency services available too!) and Steve was here early the next morning! He fixed the job quickly, gave great recommendations on how to mitigate it for next time, and even gave us the exact product we need for the next year to mitigate any further problems! George even reached out about water mitigation and mold services proactively! Great company, highly recommend!

Online scheduling is super easy. A Dispatcher called 30 minutes prior to Technician's arrival and within the 2 hour window. Steve was courteous and efficient.

Field Supervisor Christian and Jesse are both an asset to Roto Rooter. Both guys show incredible knowledge of their craft and extreme professionalism with their ability to thoroughly explain the process/procedure to their customers to ensure confidence within the customer. My girlfriend and I felt like we had a real human experience working with these guys rather than just an employee working for a paycheck. They're incredibly passionate within their endeavors and it shows in the quality of work and customer service they both provide. Christian was very communicative throughout the entire process and delivers a sense of trust. I could tell from first impression he's an honest and trustworthy guy. He has certainly worked diligently for his promotion. I will certainly recommend them two and this company to my real estate clients. Rachel & I were very pleased overall. Give these guys a bonus!

Little did I know what a stellar and outstanding Roto-Rooter would be! We had a pipe leak in our ceiling the weekend of Christmas Eve and Roto-Rooter sent out Tony to fix the problem CHRISTMAS MORNING! Who does that? Rotor-Rooter does! With the problem fixed and working better than ever thanks to Tony, Jorge came out the next day to assess the damage. Jorge's transparency was very welcomed as we determined there wasn't enough damage to get Roto-Rooter involved with the restoration. I praise employees like Jorge who go out of their way to save a customer money, because of that I will remember Roto-Rooter in the future and spread the good word of their services.

Steve arrived promptly, ready for the job. He was professional and friendly, and quick with clean out. 5 stars, all day!
