I met Travis a while back when he showed my husband and I a house and unfortunately that house was not for us, therefore we told him that we were looking at Elyson to purchase a new house specifically with Perry, he contacted the sales person to let her know we would be stopping by but honestly that’s as far as he helped us. He never showed up to the initial meeting or any meeting whatsoever I have heard from friends that usually when you have a realtor involved the home builder will give you incentives but we didn’t get anything. He was never involved in any of the process that involves in us buying this home to the point that the sales person never even met him in person. The only thing he did was text me to see how everything was going but that was the extent of his help. We truly felt alone in this process with no representation. The biggest mistake that I made was putting him down as our realtor as he and Perry have a contract that he gets paid even though we were unhappy with his service or lack off.
