Excellent, timely service with fantastic prices. I was pleased with the entire process. They provide consistent rates with no additional charges for emergency or weekend services. Luis was able to tackle an unforeseen leak that was found on a Friday evening, around 5:30pm. He promptly visited the same day for a diagnosis and returned the following day to resolve it. All of this happened in Dallas. I'm truly satisfied with the service.

When our pipes started acting up late in the afternoon right before a chilly night, Jake the Plumbing Pro had a guy out first thing the following morning. Javier, the serviceman, greeted me by name as soon as he got to the door. He was respectful in our home in Dallas, even took a minute to get friendly with my timid cat. This calmed the cat's anxiety, which really meant a lot to me. We've always relied on them for our plumbing needs and they're excellent. Would definitely recommend them!

Theodore from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job! He successfully replaced the water valves, removed the old sink, and installed a brand-new one. My RO spigot is working perfectly fine, and there are absolutely no leaks anywhere. Theodore was incredibly friendly and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge. The plumbing expert Luis from Jake the Plumbing Pro was highly skilled, professional, and meticulous. We encountered a clog in our kitchen drain that caused a disruption just before the holidays in Dallas. Luis inspected the pipe all the way to the main outlet, identified potential areas of blockage, and successfully unclogged the drain. He then reconnected all appliances and pipelines, performed a thorough flow test, and re-inspected everything. To top it all off, he cleaned all surfaces, pipes, and work areas. In my 60 plus years of dealing with various tradesmen and contractors, Luis is arguably the most detail-oriented plumber I've ever worked with.

every time i require plumbing services, be it a major or minor task, jake the plumbing pro always delivers top-notch work at a reasonable rate. i have absolutely no reason to seek elsewhere. over the course of 3 years, theodore, luis, and javier have collectively completed 5-6 tasks for me. the assignments they've handled range from fitting a sink to plumbing an entire bathroom in my dallas home. they even installed a gas line for my outdoor grill. i couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

I had an emergency and when I called, they arrived the same day. After a representative arrived; I was told that they'd send someone else out the next day who specialized in steam pipes (or something like that). Well I received a call afterwards saying they would send someone else out that same evening. He came and the work was completed the next day (yesterday 1/28/20). They were professional and took into account that I didn't have heat so there were a sense of urgency and consideration on their part. The overall experience was a good one and kept my stress level down. I will be using them again soon.

Charles did a fantastic project helping me fix my old water valves and pipes that were in pretty awful condition. It turned out to be a much more complicated job than what we expected, but he was able to fix like magic (with a great attitude!) Would recommend him for anyone looking for any plumbing work. We had a superb experience. Our technician, Troy was efficient, and stayed until the task was done. Our shower was acting up and he figured it out! They also promised to come by 8pm and arrived significantly earlier which was convenient for us.
