My app was at 7:00 am , I checked in around 5:30 am they checked me in by 6:00 am, was out by 7:30 , I had a very good experience here

As with all things including electronics, everything eventually fails. Especially those running 24/7 that enrich our lives with the finer conveniences.

Such is the case with a compressor failure on a LG refrigerator, model LUPX3186N purchased in early 2017. Fortunately, every problem is an opportunity for a solution.

The unit was out of the standard manufacture warranty; however. I was able to order a new compressor and condenser assembly wire. After the replacement, the refrigerator was brought back to life in like new condition.

This has been a reliable unit and stands up to the LG, or life's good philosophy.

I'm looking forward to the many years of good use ahead with this model.

My very 1st time here the staff was super helpful and friendly...and.now...everytime I come here...no matter the time of night or day...the staff is in a good mood very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I love the jokes too. They have great personalities and I love when you can show up at midnight after a long day of driving and get smiles, humor and jokes. Makes it nice.

Checked in at 11:34am got loaded at 12:30pm less than an hour. Generally speaking, an hour to load in a live load is pretty quick. I also liked the front desk lady so pretty and so friendly. Oh that was a false alarm they sent me a text but then told me to wait for a phone call probably another hour or so. Still not bad for a two hour window loading.

Staff friendly, Appt time was a Saturday at 11 got there by 10:15. Docked immediately, dropped trailer and went to Pilot. Got a call that I was all set at noon, was in and out picking up trailer and paperwork.

I picked up “loads” two different times from this facility . My experience was good one. This facility want to become “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. I believe if they are not already “#1 Shipper Of Choice”. , they are good candidate for it. Very very speedy loading . That’s not mean jeopardize the quality and the safety of shipments instead when you pull out to close your doors, the neatness and professionalism on the load will be very obvious. I will continue later

Arrived 5 hours early for my appointment, no line at the guard shack, got on a dock immediately, and it was easy to dock. Don't even think it took 10 mins to get loaded, I was busy fixing a fuel leak on my engine so didn't notice the text message until 20 mins later.

Look forward to booking more loads from this place.

Great employees fast check-in at gate.

This LG facility is pretty decent. The line to get in is agitating but once you're in, you get a door and drop trailer in door then drive to shipping office and check in again and wait until they unload or load you. Usually takes around 2hrs, but I've experienced waits of up to 5hrs on and easy load less than 15 skids. 5 stars because its a clean facility and close to 2 major truckstops, hotels, and interstate 35w and tx hwy 114 and 170. They have a pop machine and a snack machine and a restroom inside too.

Got here three hours late for the appointment. We got our gate a few minutes of parking at the security gate. Docked at the gate. About 40 minutes after docking they started unloading us! Everyone from the security guards to the dock staff have been super friendly and professional from start to finish!

I checked one hour early give me a dock and it takes to me one hour and half to loaded very beasy place need to have a clean dry van 2 strips move the tandem to the end.

Got there at 9:50 appointment with 10 o'clock was unloaded and going out the gate at 11 Did not get his name but the young black guy working the guard shack was very polite

Very nice place very nice people drop your trailer in the door go get something to eat a couple miles down the road come back they will call you when your load is ready

load appt was for 12pm noon, arrived at 8am, i was out the gate by 10am. reading all the reviews here makes me think it was just my lucky day
