After being out of a gym for the last year, I'm so excited to get back at it and Serge Fitness is the place to be! I've been training with Ally for the last few weeks and she is the best. She pushes me through the workouts and as hard as they are, I can't wait for my next session. The gym is amazing too...super clean, neat and has all the equipment you'll need! I love the family atmosphere the most. They always make you feel welcomed. Go check them out, you won't regret it!!

This gym is off the chain! I have known Ally and Serge for a few years now and Ally was my first ever trainer. They both know what they are doing. Also have ideas, lots of knowledge and can help you out. ALWAYS willing to give you advice or teach you about fitness and gym and have an amazing mural to look at while you are training. Go check them out! 💪

I signed up at serg fitness at the end of January 2024 with a trainer that Sergio had at his facility. I signed up for personal training sessions with a specific trainer. I paid the end of Jan and the full month of February. By the third week of my sessions an incident happened where I showed up to my class to find out the Sergio had canceled all of the trainers sessions with out any notice to the clients. I was a little concerned because I didn’t see how someone could just cancel a clients sessions with out any explanation especially when this gym is in Elgin and I’m traveling from manor. A few days later I get a notification from the trainer I signed up with that she decided to resign. I thought that the owner (Sergio) would be reaching out to me to advise me of the situation and refund the remainder of my sessions since I signed up with that specified trainer. He did not reach out, so I reached out to him. He advised me that I could finish out my sessions with him & I explained to him that I did not feel comfortable doing my sessions with him. I signed ip with a female trainer for a reason. He advices me that he was sorry about that but all he could offer me was to transfer my sessions for a $50 fee. On top of that I still had to pay the membership for the month following. I understand that there is a cancellation policy in place but it was not my fault
That his trainer resigned. I myself am a business owner & when something happens & the client is not at fault. I will do what is right. The gym itself is very nice but I realized that the owner of this gym doesn’t care if the clients are affect my situations that are out of our control. My husband worked very hard to be able to afford my training sessions and as many know things are not cheap now a days. At the end I lost 6 sessions all because of this situation that was out of my control. While I know he offered for me to finish out the sessions with him he did not care that I did not feel comfortable.

The music is too loud. They won't turn it down and they're rude!
