I had to find a storage unit ASAP. CubeSmart had awesome prices and reserving online was so easy. When we got on-site, Dondrick was the one who helped us. It was his first week and his first day by himself. We would have never thought! He was kind, professional, friendly and extremely helpful!

After 2 weeks of deciding which storage locker facility was going to be the most economical. Going with CubeSmart as my storage locker was the best decision I made, Not only was the reservation process easy so was the actual rental. The kind gentleman named Dondrick went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Even going so far as allowing me to preview the unit before any paperwork was taken care of. 5 star rating for the property which was climate controlled at 72 degrees in the middle of the 100+ degree summer and 10 stars for the customer service representative in the office. They have my business forsure

After a very rough two years that ended in me moving from Iowa to Texas I am very thankful I decided to store our family’s things at this location. The general manager was very helpful and friendly. I was able to complete the e-check-in on my phone before arriving and set up auto pay to free up my mind for what really mattered. The facility has two elevators and always carts available to facilitate loading and unloading. Thank you for a great 7 months!

Dondrick was super helpful and very attentive with our first time renting a storage space. He was very friendly & 10/10 recommend renting a storage space here. He made us feel very comfortable & welcomed.

Been renting a unit here for past 15 month and highly recommend this location. Managers, Mark and D, are always friendly and ready to help with any issues, and ensure units are clean and kept up and secure.

The manager Betty K was very helpful kind and professional and explained everything in the contract and pricing and offered if you needed moving or packing supplies but we gladly with client this time. CubeSmart needs to hire more people like her . She kept us laughing but at the same time very professional.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Myrna.
She did everything possible to make sure we were happy with our first experience with Cubesmart. Even though I originally requested a small unit then decided I needed a bigger one. She expediently switched units and paperwork for us. It was a refreshing experience for us. The building was nice and clean. Very impressed. I definitely will and have recommended to friends and family! Five stars and thumbs up!!

This is a wonderful property and facility to use. The General manager Myrna is very professional and easy to work with. We traveled to San Antonio to move my mother's things to Michigan. She went above and beyond to help us even when she didn't have to nor did we ask. I would highly recommend utilizing their services and facility.

This storage unit is awesome, the customer service is so good. The place is clean and always has been a great experience for me. Love it would recommend it to everyone.

I had a great experience with Carlos. I came in with anxiety and he was able to treat me with utmost respect and put me at ease. Reassuring me about the amenities of renting a storage unit with them. This is a new and clean facility that is temperature control and provides elevator for all floors above first. I was able to feel at ease and able to make the right decision to accommodate my needs. Front desk help welcomed me and was felt with good customer service. Also covid ready clean sanitary and safe. I'm glad I chose Smart Cube Storage.

Super easy. Place is freaking huge. Cheaper than anywhere else. They GIVE you a lock with your rental. Easy online everything. They have carts u can use too which is amazing. Cooled and dry units. I mean wow.

So far CubeSmart is great. The location and storage is very clean. Betty helped us out and she is so friendly and helpful. We give Betty 5 stars

Myrna was super friendly and professional. I made my reservation online and dropped by. She was quick and very informative. I was moved in quickly. I am so happy I walked away from the competitor who was offering a unit outside for more. My unit is climate controlled and clean.

Greg was a huge help. Honest, straightforward and gave his best opinion on storage sizes available. Greg even took us on a small tour so that we could see the size of the unit we were looking at. He showed us what elevator was the closest and the best way to get to it from outside the building. He also made it very clear how the elevators work as there has been confusion from customers in the past. My wife and I are completely satisfied and happy we choose this location for our storage needs. Thank you Greg!!!
