I was a little skeptic to use a travel agency - I felt like the pricing was going to be higher than if I booked directly.

However, I reached out to Lawson Travel and spoke to Dawna! She was the most polite person and quickly gave me options for my trip.

She ended up saving me about 30% of the amount I was going to spend if I had booked myself!

First of all Lisa responded to all my calls, messages and queries promptly. She also explained available options and their pros and cons. There was some concerns about a recent change in air travel rules in one of the stop-over country and Lisa used her contacts to get an email confirmation/explanation about the rule change and proper instructions to follow. After making the reservation, Lisa also explained what else need to be taken care off before and on the travel date and in which all areas she can offer her help. Overall I am very satisfied with Lawson Travels service, specifically their prompt response and professionalism. I am planning to use their service for my future travel needs.

I called Lawson travels to make a reservation. The travel agent I work with usually was on vacation. Kamal Siddiqui received my call and asked how he could be of help. I had never worked with Kamal before, and hesitated for a moment. But he sounded very competent and professional, and I described my travel needs. I needed to travel to India just before the ticked prices became exorbitant. He immediately gave me fares that were affordable. I made a decision in a couple of hours and decided to buy the ticket. I was even more pleasantly surprised. He got me a one-stop connection to Bangalore on Delta. He even got me aisle seats with leg room. I am very thrilled to work with Kamal Siddiqui.
