The fares and services are so good. They also having some special packages . All the employees working in this agency able to speak 3 languages . The manager giving discounts at the time of payment also.

Recently we booked tickets. The agents can speak so many languages like Malayalam, Hindi , Telugu, Tamil, Kannada. They are giving the tickets woth best fare comparing to online

They are giving the tickets with best fare . When I check in online fare they had given 150 dollars less on each ticket . And they are responding immediately. George the manager who helps a lot in allocating seat and meals .

I have booked a tocket from dfw to hyd . I got it with best fare icluding two baggage And also they help me in adding meals as i preferred and seat allocations also as i preferred too

Have been using Loyal travels for more than 10 yrs now. I know the owner Mr Joji and he is never rude as portrayed in few comments. Rates are competitive and better that direct bookings. Their agents have been more than accommodating even in a certain situation when I had to make 3 cancellations during a trip to India. This agency could be better or worse than any other travel company. But my experience with them has always been good and I will keep using them!!

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews below but I have used Loyal travels numerous times over the last few years and they have done a great job!! The prices I have received have always been lower than what I have found online or through other travel agencies.Mr.Joji George does a great job in outlining the ticket conditions so that you are aware of all the fees that may be associated with a cancellation or change in the itinerary.
And also they provided great customer service and attention to all the details.
It was a real pleasure to work with them.

I find the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and find out the deals according to your requirements and specifications. They are very good with ticket fare as well , I have always got the best deal from them as compare to any other travel agency . I have been booking my tickets from them from 2008 and never ever had any problems so far ,they are very courteous and professional in their approach and service .

I have used Loyal Travels for booking ticket to India multiple times. Everytime I had a great experience. This time I had pleasure of working with Mr.joji . This is my first time booking through an agent. I usually book directly through the airlines or use Expedia. I've always wondered why folks still use travel agents when I can do all of the shopping myself. But with this experience, I understand and appreciate them more!

I had originally booked my flight from Seattle to Bangalore via Japan for mid-December, 2021 through Expedia. I got an alert a few days later that Japan Airlines was moving my flight to an earlier date, but Expedia kept my onward journey from Seattle intact. There is no way anyone can time travel and catch the flight from Japan on an earlier date. After multiple calls with Expedia, they offered to get me a refund. I then started looking at the websites of airlines directly and most had black out dates. Possibly due to lack of air bubble or Covid border closures and reopenings thereby creating a surge in travel. I was seeing prices jump and even so I was not able to secure tickets.

My coworker introduced me to Joji, Loyal Travels. Joji's customer service from the very beginning was very reassuring. He understood why I was coming to him and my experience with Expedia and other airlines. I also had less flexibility on my travel dates due to school and work obligations. He promised that he would find us tickets that will not be canceled. If I didn't go through him, I would have to try all these permutation combinations - layover duration, stopovers, reasonable price, travel dates, etc. This is their expertise, they do this much more efficiently than what I could've done. It takes a lot of stress away from me and this is important to me, especially during this Covid and now Omicron time when travel laws keep changing so frequently and so rapidly. I highly recommend Joji and his team at Loyal Travels.

I am with Loyal Travels and Mr.Joji George, owner since 2013, when My Beloved Mother passed away during the year 2013 and I had to go to Kerala, India, immediately to participate her last rites. I was searching for a reasonable ticket on urgent basis and searched along with my relatives here and there, but Joji is the only one, who gave me a ticket with a reasonable price and I could participate in my Mother's Funeral Services on time.

Since then, I am sticking with Loyal Travels and travelled couple of times with his Ticket arrangements on various Airlines.

Recently, My Mother-in-law got a Medical issue and my wife has to travel on urgent basis, even though we had ticket arrangements to visit her as a family, but postponing it, from time to time due to Covid-19 Pandemic.

I have contacted Mr.Joji George and told him about my urgent need and he immediately arranged a ticket for my wife at a very reasonable price and not only a ticket, but also he gave all the guidance and documentation needed for a travel at this situation also he arranged a RTPCR Test from one of his acquittance, my wife is now with her Mother in Kerala, due to our God's Mercy and unforgettable help of Mr.Joji George.

Whenever, someone ask for any Travel Arrangements, I am giving his reference only and they said the same experience, which I have about him and his Agency.

Please note that I am not related to him, moreover, I even didn't see him personally, even though I wish several times. His staff members are also friendly and knowledgeable.

I am quite sure, if you contact him for your Travel Purpose you will not go anywhere else.
