You Deserve It! Vacations

Our Colorado trip was fabulous! It was a group of 5 women that travelled to Breckenridge to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday. We rented a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home that allowed each lady to have her own space. The area was safe and secure. I've booked with YDIV several times and they never disappoint. I've booked 3 trips with YDIV for 2021 and I'm looking to add another trip.

To say that Mallory Jones is an exceptional Travel Advisor is an understatement. I have been a client of Mallory’s a few times but most recently, she planned my very first trip out of the country. I had no real idea of what I wanted as an international traveler or what to expect. Mallory not only used her skills to curate an experience for me but also maximized her relationships to make sure that my trip was the experience of a lifetime. When Mallory is planning your trip, you are not only getting her exceptional skill and knowledge but the benefit of her relationships and I cannot speak about that enough. Mallory Jones is known and her name garners respect, status and favor. I learned so much about myself and who I am as a traveler on this trip. Knowing that this was my first time, Mallory was careful to include many introductory experiences. Mallory planned one of the best vacations we have ever been on. She took our vague ideas about going to Italy and Greece and turned them into a luxury itinerary that was perfect for us. She even planned a vegan cooking class and gave me several vegan restaurant suggestions in each city I visited. We loved not having to worry about anything before and during our trip. When our original departure flight was canceled, it was a relief to know that Mallory was working to find alternative options for us so we didn't have to be worried at all. She was responsive, helpful, and professional in all of our interactions. I am excited for her to plan future trips for us. Hiring an experienced travel advisor like Mallory is definitely worth the money!

Yolanda was a pleasure to work with. It was fast, efficient, super easy and the most important thing of all was that she completely saved our family vacations from a guaranteed disaster.
We travel with my two kids and my husband to a beautiful family all inclusive resort. The resort was beautiful, had everything that my family could ask for. The perfect scenario for priceless family memories. However the room was another story. Was not up to par of the quality or the price of such resort.

Tried to fix it myself and of course got absolutely not luck at all bc it was heavy season. I decided then to text Yolanda the pictures and my concerns about all the issues with the room.

She sent one email and within hours got offered a much better room worlds a part from the first one, changing completely the experience making our stay unforgettable.

I recommend putting your trip in the hands of Mallory! She helped my mom and I's dream of visiting Italy a reality! My mom and I work both tireless hours. We could never get to planning nor knew where to begin especially since we wanted to visit various places in Italy. Mallory planned a luxurious trip that was right within our budget. Mallory Jones was a dream to work with! She planned the most perfect vacation I could have dreamed of. My husband and I wanted to celebrate 50 years of marriage by taking our whole family on-a Mediterranean Cruise and sightseeing trip to Rome. We were blown away with a catamaran snorkeling, swimming trip that ended with a magical sunset in Santorini, a photo op for the whole family in Mykonos, pizza making in Italy and so much more. Wherever we went, we had drivers waiting, hotel arrangements, and everything went off like clockwork. If I ever had any questions, Mallory returned my text’s immediately. She’s the best and gave us a trip we will never forget.

I just love this place. I traveled to Disney

We worked with Mallory to plan our honeymoon and she could not have been more helpful! No matter what we asked her, Mallory was always so fast to respond and always had answers for us. We threw so much at her from changing our wedding date to changing our honeymoon destination to asking her dozens of questions during the honeymoon itself. She was on top of everything from day one and didn't stop taking care of us until we were back home from the honeymoon. We highly recommend you work with Mallory for all your upcoming travel needs!

Yolanda is the best. She attended to all our needs promptly and in a professional manner and often went out of her way to make sure our demands were met. She was easy to talk to and very understanding. She helped plan a destination wedding with my large group of about 120 people and she was great in meeting my needs and my guests as well. Just returned from an amazing vacation to Greece. We began our vacation in Athens and took ferries to Mykonos and Santorini. Mallory is the best. She picked great hotels that were always within walking distance to restaurants and activities and made our ferry transfers flow seamlessly. She checked in with us and made sure to update me and the company responsible for our transfers with flight delays. She ensured that our first trip to Europe was stress free! Fabulous trip to Maui. Departing times were just right, based on the time difference. Sheraton Hotel was amazing, with all the amenities, beautiful summing pools, great food and beachfront. Great restaurant choices within walking distance from our hotel and incredible ones less than 10 minutes away on Front Street, overlooking the ocean.
All water excursions picked up on the beach right next to our hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better trip for our family and ceainly would have never known where to stay and all the details that our travel agent takes care of, that I wold never know to think about.

Because they are Professional, they don't recommend just any place for your travels, it has to also be a location that they would travel to themselves, they provide in detail answers to your questions and concerns, they know when the RIGHT time is to purchase and when to stand, when you call, THEY ANSWER, send an email you get a response, have a crazy question, they provide you comfort in NOT feeling crazy. In other words, they are the Ultimate Travel Professionals in what they do, Vacations, Fun trips, Girls Weekends, retreats, couples getaway, Family vacations, you name it, they can do it.

Just came back from my second vacation planned by Mallory Jones, with YDIV. Provided my budget, and location, and the planning was done for me, which I love. I just like to pay my money, show up, and have a great time, which Mallory ensures!

Montego Bay, Jamaica was amazing because everything was taken care of at the resort and the excursions were pre-selected! Shout out to Mallory who made this trip stress free!
