Fire tacos, the staff were super friendly, and the Barbacoa was super juicy, but did lack a lil flavor, but the chorizo was amazing. The tripas were also amazing, would fs go again.

As a neighbor, I can honestly say this is a good area for this establishment. The atmosphere is crisp and clean. There’s plenty to do and why not stop for some good tacos and beer!

The hibiscus tea was not good. The horchatta was amazing. The trio was good as well. My husband didn't care for his burria tacos. The picture below is the elotes corn with flaming hot cheetos. It was really good.

I was in the area for a convention and needed to get some lunch. My friends and I stumbled across this place and LOVED IT. We liked it so much, we came back the next day!

They have some of the best shrimp tacos I have ever had in the form of Taco Gobernador. The shrimp was delicious and the cheese over it was melted ti perfection.

I also had their birria tacos, whose double corn tortillas really got me addicted.

Today I tried the Dorilocos - a much more adventurous dish, with Doritos, jicama, peanuts, cucumber, lettuce and chamoy. Lots of crunch and lots of flavor!

It was my first time there and the food was delicious. I would definitely be returning.

Super fresh with flavors that pop! The guacamole was tasty (I added salt) and the queso cubes added a nice touch. The tacos were delicious! The Mexican corn was INSANE!!! SO FLIPPING GOOD! Great place to stop and relax with amazing food. Family friendly as well. Thanks for the experience Pacheco Taco Bar. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

It was my 1st time and it's love at first sight! The food is very authentic and they are quick! A lot to choose on the drinks and you can add extra shots to them. Finally, the music was on point! Each song they had on I wanted to sing or dance to it! I will come back!

I've been coming in regularly for the last few months and always enjoy my meal here. I always get the Birria tacos and find them to be just as good if not better than much more expensive options. The service here is always excellent and the food is always great! No complaints here.

We had my fathers birthday here, the dj was incredible. The vibe was absolutely amazing with such good music. Food is fantastic!!!

We had just got into town and it was between lunch and dinner… we struggled to find a place open… a blessing in disguise- this place is awesome! We kept our order simple, a burrito and some salsa… the best salsa we have ever had.

Great little taco shop with much more. I had the street tacos. They were very good, came with beans and rice and a great green salsa. My wife had the avocado chicken salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection and seasoned wonderfully. Chips and Queso were good. We will definitely go back. The Tortas look fantastic.

Excellent customer service. Quick counter service. Family owned and run. Positive experience. Good prices, location and atmosphere. But the star here is the food - fresh, delicious flavors. Wow. Love the queso n chips. Salsa choices. My burrito was huge. The pacadillo meat. The best I have had!!! Parking sucks around the Toyota Music Factory. No real easy in and out.

Been meaning to try this place for awhile. I got take out (3 Street Tacos - not pictured because I was accidentally rough with the to-go container). I got the Carnitas, Beef, and Tripa y Lengua to go. I always appreciate Tripe on the menu. Everything was very tasty. The staff was friendly and I loved the art. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been.

Had the taste buds screaming street tacos and this little gem was a quarter mile from the hotel, a quick 3 minute walk. Outside and inside seating, festive atmosphere, VERY friendly staff and ceviche! Street tacos for dessert, ceviche first, and was not disappointed. A dinner plate with sliced avacado and two crunchy tostadas of yum in 5 minutes. Great lime and cilantro flavors, fresh avocado, and perfectly finished shrimp. A meal on it's own when paired with chips, salsa, guac and queso. Caved and got a fish taco and was hit with another tasty item. Was not disappointed in any of the quality or quantity of the food, fun employees [family owned and operated], nice atmosphere and great prices. Check it out.

The place is really nice, the tacos are good, I tried barbacoa and taco gobernador, did not try micheladas but they look amazing and a lot of people were ordering them.

Had lunch with a friend today. First time visiting this restaurant. The staff was very nice & friendly. Felt the food was just ok, had the chicken and barbacoa tacos.

My wife and I love this place. It’s chill and the food is honestly really good. Good prices and good vibes are hard to beat!

The birría is amazing! Three birtía tacos, chips & queso, & a drink for under $20 - you can’t beat that!

Their tacos are good, especially the chicharron taco. I love crispy pork and it was perfect. I was visiting from NY on business, came here 3x in 2 week period. I over indulged on day 1... afterwards it was chicharron all the way. The others are good too.

Their spicy salsa has kick to it.

These tacos also pack a lot of protein.

I’ve ordered a couple times here and the food is good. Reasonable prices for Las Colinas area. I’ve not tried the drinks yet but
