Five stars because the ladies behind the front desk were so nice, the breakfast had mini-chocolate chips for their Waffles and the room was very affordable.

If mini-chocolate chips and nice ladies are less important to you, and you care more about the TV working and people not standing around smoking marijuana, you might want to try a different place. That being said, I didn't ask for a fix and I was only here briefly. If you're easygoing and flexible, this could be a good place for you to stay. I just don't think I'd bring my family here.

Like the small kitchen where you can borrow additional things for convenience. Rooms, kitchen, bathroom and appliances are in good condition.

We checked in and were notified our room had been upgraded. It was pretty much a mini 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean, Full kitchen stocked with dishes and pots and pans,which was a PERFECT money saver for our 5 day stay. We were gone all day, most days, so most of our interactions were with the night shift desk host T. He was the definition of hospitality! He went above and beyond to help us out when we ran into a little trouble, and offered great conversation and restaurant suggestions while we were waiting on friends in the lobby for 45 minutes. Overall, a great hotel with extremely hospitable staff, I would recommend to anyone!

This is my first time in Texas and I have already had a wonderful experience so far. What makes this stay here easier is the amazing staff! Pratham W was so patient with me even with all the questions I had, he made sure my stay here was very comfortable. Mr. T was also amazing. He was very helpful showing me to the breakfast area where the breakfast is 100% fresh! I will definitely be coming back to visit Texas and staying at TownePlace suites every time! Thanks guys!

I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were nice. they a variety of items for breakfast which was delicious. The the hotel can be a little bit confusing to move from one building to another. But i liked the place and would book here in the future if i come around this area again.

I just checked in last night and I am so impressed with the service and room that i had to send this review now before i leave. My flight landed in dallas and this reservation was last minute. I got here at 9am and check i was at 3pm but the check me in without charging me extra like others would (😃) i was able to get breakfast which was awesome ( Waffles fresh made 😃) and then The room had a Five star fresh smell and the set up was very nice. I do not get impressed a lot but i paid 83 dollars a night and this feels like a 200 dollar a room hotel.. if you want to bring your family in dallas and you want a safe , clean nice suite for your dollar.. come here!!!
I am not looking around anymore when i come to Dallas.. as long as this service stays like this with price.. i am here …

This place was the only hotel available in the area at the time of our travel and we luckily were able to get a room at the last minute! We had to make another trip two weeks later and this hotel was our first choice since we had such a great experience!! The rooms are clean, staff is helpful, attentive and excellent with customer service!! And there is a tasty complimentary breakfast!! Both of our stays have been outstanding!! Thank you so much!!

I reached early morning and they were very kind to offer early checkin. Also good gym, amenities and rooms. Overall a great place to stay.

My favorite Town Place. The only one I've been in that has an oven. The couches also have beds.

I loved staying at this hotel in Irving, TX. The staff was very accommodating and worked with me to ensure I have a comfortable stay at their hotel. Had to switch my room twice because of the musty cigarette smell, but that went smoothly because the staff allowed the switch without any problems. Morning breakfast is grab and go style. Options include cereals and granola bars/muffins. The cleaning staff didn't speak much English but they always went above and beyond in daily room cleaning. Sometimes they even did my dishes for me!!
Overall a good place with great people who are always willing to help!

The only complaint I have is the TV: I was unable to turn the volume higher than 30, so I was barely able to hear it. I assumed it was because they were trying to prevent customers from having their volumes too loud to possibly disrupt the experience of the other customers. If so, it's understandable. Other than that, the room was clean and roomy, and the breakfast the following morning was great also!

The price made me want to come back to this place. I packed kitchen items but the kitchen already has some of the basic things you need. Pretty good place if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. The closet has a lot of space. And just the overall setup was great. Very clean and nice staff. The gym was opened all day and it had some good equipment. However, the pool hasn’t been opened this year so far. And the grill wasn’t working. Because of covid we do get a baggy breakfast but it had a few good items compared to other hotels I’ve been to.

Nice place for a long stay. Great staff. An elevator has been out a few days.. waiting on the part.. that is truly my only negative.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a two bedroom suite, and it was ample space for the three of us. The living/dining area was well furnished and comfortable. We were able to relax and watch TV as well as eat meals without feeling cramped. I had seen previous reviews complaining about cleanliness and sound, but our room was spotless and well maintained. The noise level was what I would expect from a hotel. You can occasionally hear people in the hall and people walking above you. I will say that the air conditioner unit is located in one of the bedrooms, and it can be a little loud when it is running. I suggest putting the heaviest sleeper in this room. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. The cookware and dinnerware were all in good shape. Dish soap and cleaning supplies are provided, as well as a dishwasher if you choose to not wash dishes by hand. Onsite staff were professional, kind, and accommodating. We had several requests while staying and they were all met promptly by each member. They even moved a TV into one of the bedrooms as not all rooms have transitioned to having three TVs. The breakfast was hot and had a decent variety of food. As with all hotels, you can't expect a gourmet breakfast (unless staying at an Embassy Suites), but I found the food was good enough to get full and had no reason to leave to get food elsewhere. The buffet was kept clean and breakfast staff was attentive in keeping food available. Beds were a little soft for my preference, but I did get a restful night sleep. Pillows were large and firm enough to not collapse when I slept. Sheets were clean and fresh. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling as a family. This was like staying in a furnished apartment, and it was quite easy to feel like a "home away from home".

The staff here is absolutely incredible.....every single one of them! Spent 2 months here and the rooms are clean, spacious and there is breakfast every morning and coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7. Will definitely stay here again.

Book at the last minute. Came in, young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. GREAT PRICE TOO! All the property & room we stayed in was spotless!! Very cozy, quite, and private. Highly recommend to stay here!!!! Thanks for a great ending to our Dallas trip! Bama Fan.

Great price for a two bedroom suite. Both bedrooms had doors, with a separate living area. Place was clean but dated and staff were friendly and helpful. Towels and linnens were fresh.
Nice quiet location, ideal spot for enjoying Dallas on a race weekend, about 30 min drive to the race track, about 20 min drive to downtown.

Really impressed with the service. If you're looking for a long-term place to stay, this is a great option. The room had an actual closet and a good-sized kitchenette as well as a small "living area." They also have a decent fitness center, a half basketball court, a pool, and a fairly diverse breakfast offering. They even have a small convenience store, a posted weather forecast, and a large map of the local area.

The front desk guy was the element that impressed me the most, though. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in the well-being of the guests. I don't think he was the owner or anything like that, either, so to have been that invested in the hotel and its service is even more impressive.

The only weird thing is that the toilet was installed too close to the bathroom counter, so the toilet paper roll rubs against the toilet where it's been placed.

I can not say enough about this place. We arrived a day earlier than our reservation and they were very accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Any issue we had was handled and corrected promtly. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Breakfast each morning was plentiful with good variety, and the social hour dinners were a nice bonus for saving a few dollars on a meal out.

More than anything the room was very clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. I wanted to give a shout out to Paula an employee at this TownePlace for dropping me off at my sales training after I got left for being 5 minutes late. She really made my day! Thanks for everything.
