Sonesta ES Suites Dallas - Las Colinas

This hotel was amazing.Vanessa working at the front desk is super sweet!! I stayed for 3 nights while my husband was there at this hotel for a month!!! This lady answered all my questions. Any issues I had she addressed. The breakfast was good too. Yes basically the same at least they changed it up tho every day with the meat part and hashbrowns, tater tots,or potatoes. So it wasn't terrible my kids enjoyed it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dallas area. I'm sure I'll be back.

We had an event to attend at the Irving Convention Center and chose this hotel based on location primarily. So many good things to say about our experience! We were greeted by Veronica, front desk staff extraordinaire! She made us feel welcome from the start of our stay until we left. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very clean. The breakfast was much better than most that are included at other hotels we’ve been to. Delicious muffins, a breakfast taco bar, and good coffee! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic staff. The location is great. Rooms were very clean and service there was very smooth. I loved staying there. Has microwave, fridge if you like to buy food if staying for a few days. Close by to a lot of places. Excellent stay.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. They have a little kitchen and really clean dishes to place your food on. They have a dishwasher to to wash the dishes. I really enjoyed staying here. It's clean and the service is amazing. Breakfast was good as well. Typical standard breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay recently. The hotel and property are immaculate. The staff are the friendliest and very helpful- especially Veronica. I had an issue with getting into my room one night and she was quickly on it. It turned out the door locking system needed new batteries for it to read the room key.
From past experiences at other hotels I had issues with hotel staff just finding a battery for the tv remote so it was nice to see this be so quickly remedied. She is awesome!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. We stay there every year or so due to its closeness to Arm Dynamics. Work comp pays, so I can't speak to price.

I stayed here 6 weeks. Front desk was always nice. The again American lady was the best, always a friendly face and warm demeanor.

Free laundry was so helpful. Would highly recommend

I want to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality, they are always kind, I go often since my daughter is in UD, the rooms are always very clean, as are the walls and the kitchen, the bathrooms, etc. It is a hotel that is always being improvised or renovated for its improvement. I really can't find the price they give me per room anywhere else near Las Colinas. In my opinion, if I were the owner of that hotel, there are only two things I would improve and that would be the elevator. I'm referring to its slightly more modern walls and The sofas in the rooms are very clean but they could be improved. 100% recommendable without a doubt.

Genuinely attentive and helpful staff (Arianne, Isaac, Breanna, Vanessa and Maria and others whose names we’ve forgotten were such a cheerful presence) throughout our 12 day stay. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Generous-sized room, clean with basic utensils. More than adequate breakfast, cold and hot. Generally quiet, considering the fairly large size of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

This was my first time staying here. Nice and friendly staff! The room and breakfast were awesome! Isaac (front desk) was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic room for the price. I had a work conference for the week and booked this hotel. I did not expect a living room and kitchen but that is what I got!

Breakfast is great. Fresh scrambled eggs, meat, toast, pancake machine, breakfast taco fixins every morning. OJ and apple and good coffee.

Only complaint, no fresh fruit. There is Greek yogurt with berries.

I would recommend this hotel highly!

The walkability of the area is bad. I wanted to walk to Jefferson park. Hardly any sidewalks, no crossings, and the apartment complex between sonesta and the park is walled. That's my main negative here. I like walking. There is a gym on site though.

Great place to stay if you are travelling to Dallas. Conveniently located near plaza for food, gym, airport.

Breakfast in the morning has egg, sausages, pancakes, oats and coffee

I stayed here for two nights. The first night I locked myself out, had a million questions, and just bugged the desk clerk about minor questions. Her name was Veronica and she never lost patience with me. She was so great!! Thank you Veronica!!

Excellent hotel, great service with very friendly and accommodating staff. There were 39 in out party (bus trip) and the check in and check out process was great…. Very good hot breakfast with many choices…. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the lady at the Front desk very nice and on top of it . Very friendly 😌 makes u feel welcome .the halls are quite well keep clean . My room was getting cleaned but I love the service here .. for I quick stop last minute stay I recommend it . Has a basketball court,pool, very nice garden

During our 8 week stay, we were very comfortable. Thank you Jeff, the manager, for welcoming us back each week. Thank you Adrianne, Vanessa and Amanda for all of your kindness and help. Staff is eager to please and any issues were addressed very promptly. We would stay again.

This was such a nice place to stay. The staff was all very friendly and made sure if you needed anything they were right on it. Stayed for a week. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Zack who works at the front desk is an absolute charm and so efficient. Always so cheery and helpful.
Maria in the kitchen is very awesome and so sweet and helpful.
And my favorite housekeepers are Maria and Aurora who go out of their way to be so kind and cheerful and make me feel special.

Was a great stay. The hotel was great. Arianne,, Veronica and Breanna were amazing. Was really nice. It was clean. The food was good. I will deathly recommend staying here.
