Wingate by Wyndham Dallas/Las Colinas

In town for a conference. The location waa great. Close to everything I needed. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well. No complaints and very clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

I stayed at comfort inn Irving las colinas for a weekend and the room was really nice. The staff was very friendly. It’s only 20 mins from the Airport.

My husband and I had to book a last minute room due to our flight being delayed. Our first experience was with a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the driver gave us so much great information, was very kind, and let us know that the hotel was a family business. We definitely felt the family business feel as every worker we encountered was warm and inviting.

One of the biggest moments that helped us realize just how kind and helpful the staff was happened when my husband got locked out of our room. We have no clue how our door got locked from the inside, but we saw the staff go above and beyond to make sure to fix our door. We truly appreciate all the kindness at this hotel and are very grateful for a great stay!

I had a great experience while in Dallas for the conference - starting at this hotel. Even though they couldn't get me in early, they offered to hold my bags & have a room ready by 1230pm for me. The room was clean & the breakfast was BREAKFAST!! 🥓🍳

The hotel is really good the pullout is comfortable and so is the bed but the bed is really high if you have trouble with that just jump or get a stool. The gym is always clean, but there is no pool. Verizon HQ is nearby

My friends and I stayed here for a night out, and it was amazing! It was not far from the airport and downtown Dallas. The staff was amiable. The room was nice, spacious (we got a king bed), and very clean. The bed was very comfy, and it was tranquil at night.
I asked the front desk for more toiletries, and they brought a bunch within minutes. They also asked if we needed anything else. The service was terrific.
If we ever find ourselves in Dallas again, we will definitely be staying here. 5/5 stars!

We missed our plane and American put us to this hotel. It was a lifesaver! I could not be much more grateful. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They have a moderate cold storage in reception where one can buy beverages and snacks.

Breakfast was Texas style I think: They had (_at_least_) pancake machine (making pancakes the shape of Texas), coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, porridge, sausages and steamed potato bits. And lots of juices.

One teeny tiny issue: Our room (212) had maybe a mild scent of old smoking residue, but as an old smoker I'm not actually complaining.

The hotel also arranged our trip back to the airport and printed our travel documents. I can say they fully fulfilled our expectations and I'm extremely grateful I got here. I would like to thank the guy on duty there, he was very nice (sorry I forgot your name).

Front staff was excellent. The room was pristine, clean, smelled good. AC and heater worked great. Cable TV. I slept in a double/double room. The beds had a thin mattress topper, which I didnt really care for... but I was only there one night! Id reccomend.

Very spacious, modern rooms & amenities. Very comfortable bed and quiet air conditioner. Quiet overall. I wasn't a huge fan of the bathroom because it was quite small and needs a bit of updating. There's a small convenience store at the front desk which was nice. Free continental breakfast but not many options to choose from besides cereal and small danish. There is a Bennihana restaurant right next door. Conveniently located near Dart rail station and bus stop. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A bit expensive but I would say its worth it overall.

I just stayed here on business from Nov 1st thru Nov 3rd. Top notch service , especially the front desk crew and shuttle driver. Room was clean and hotel common places as well. The girl who sets up the breakfast works super hard and is very nice. Great staff. I will stay again in future.

The room was great and the staff was nice. There are two washers and two dryers that you can pay by phone or card. They sell detergent at the front desk. This was a big +!

I’ve been staying here since 2003. I recently had a bad experience, but was encouraged to give the hotel another shot. Glad I did. I had great experience last stay. New hairdryer, very clean room, and quality pillows. Melissa at the front desk is always helpful. If she isn’t a manager, she should be. Builds great rapport with guests and takes personal ownership of the guest experience. Hotel is close to several great restaurants and shopping areas. Easy access to DFW and DAL.

Absolutely fabulous experience with Ronny (GM) and his staff! Just co-coordinated a trip for 100+ to an event for the weekend in the the area. Ronny was so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly, and willing to answer any and all questions. Truly went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations! The hotel was clean and well kept, and easy to get around. My only disappointment was not getting to thank Ronny in person for all he did! If we are back in the area I will not hesitate to stay again!

We had an unexpected layover in And the airlines pit us up at this hotel. Check in was easy and the room was very pleasant and comfortable. We didn't have our luggage and they supplied us with mouthwash. Would definitely stay here again.

After moving from the worst hotel experience my family has ever had, this place was amazing! The hotel room was super clean, the front desk person was so nice and accommodating, and the beds were comfy. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 4 nights this week. The rooms were spacious for the 2 of us. We had a king sized bed with a separate seating area with a sofa bed, microwave, & mini-fridge. The rooms were very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable Every single staff member that we encountered greeted us with a warm smile. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a pleasant surprise. The items that were available varied on a daily basis. They had waffles and eggs with a different breakfast meat every day. There was also cereals (hot & cold), pastries, yogurt, bagles, muffins, & fresh fruit. They also had beverage such as fruit juice, hot tea, & coffee. The hotel has several restaurants nearby as well as other entertainment for nightlife. DFW airport is only 4.5 miles away and Love Field airport is a short 18 drive away. I would definitely stay at this particular hotel if I'm in the Dallas metroplex again.

Stayed 2 weeks here at Wingate Las Colinas and have to say, the overall stay was wonderful. Right from the moment I checked in, the hospitality was really good. You really got a great front desk staff in Raghu who was always there to help me out.

I picked the hotel as it was really close to my work location in Las Colinas. The rooms were nice and cozy, well within my budget. I really felt at home here. The rooms were cleaned almost every day.

The breakfast is traditional American fare. You do get 24*7 coffee & tea which I loved. It was great to have a morning or evening walk around the hotel. I would definitely come back here when I come to Irving.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. I spent two nights here with my wife as we were in town for an event. Would definitely stay again. I think the water is a little on the hard side, but I think that is a Dallas issue not a hotel issue because I have family in Dallas and their places feel the same.
