Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

We chose this location since it is walking distance from my graduation event at the Toyota Music Pavilion. We were on the 15th floor with an amazing view of the waterfront.
The service was fast and they constantly greeted us with a smile.
My only issue was my door as it took forever to open every time. If I were running from a horror villain I would’ve been slaughtered at the door😂. Better luck next time huh.. lol

A big thank you to Von and O'Ryan for their superb customer service! The rooms were ok, but the view from the balcony made up for it. Bar v and restraunt is on-site and the location is v everything. 5 min walk to the Toyota Factory that has a variety of things to do.

The hotel is nice. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they did not use the Elite, the hotel had everyone in one line.

The hotel interior and rooms are starting to show their age. Torn wallpaper, patch patch of different colors, vanish is elevator worn.

The worse was probably the wifi. The faster I was able to get was around 2mbps. There were times it was less that 200k.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms, great amenities, and beautiful location. Cool, workout room, restaurant, and outside patio with big parking garage.

Definitely stayed here for the location. Right on the canal. Short walking distance to some restaurants etc , got upgraded to a canal view with balcony and that has to be one of the better balcony’s I’ve had at a hotel - good size and they had those Adirondack chairs which are so comfortable , sadly the weather wasn’t great for our stay but those are a nice touch.
I called to see if our room was ready early and they said yes and activated my mobile key but my door definitely didn’t have mobile key access even though the guy at the front desk swore it would. It did not.
We also got a late checkout but starting at like 9:30am (twice) the housekeeping staff knocked on our door to see if we were leaving yet so they could clean (regular checkout is at 11am).
Nice lobby, spacious. Didn’t have breakfast but they had a nice restaurant for it ($20 - something for breakfast). Enjoyed the workout room - lots of machines and equipment, kept clean. Had a pool but didn’t use it.
The Room in places is definitely starting to show its age but overall the room is kept up and clean. Felt a little stiff from the bed but slept well - idk if just the pillows were too soft to the firm bed but just woke up a little stiff. The people next to us were playing music in their room at midnight which we could hear thru the connecting door but thankfully they turned it off shortly after midnight but def not super quiet rooms.
Parking is free which is a bonus. Close to the airport if that’s needed.
Overall had a good stay, just some minor things but we were just there for a night, so it worked well for what we needed.

Great location for my needs, great hotel, great room and a really wonderful shower!! Now the question is how can I get one of those at home to enjoy every day?

Danzel and Rocky, the shuttle driver, thank you both for making my stay super pleasant. The Staff operating during the morning breakfast service were also super awesome and I personally thank you all. If my travels bring me back, this location will be my first choice. Super stay.

I stayed here for work and was blown away by the level of service. Trecia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) at the front desk was SO helpful. I brought some food to heat up and she went and found me a microwave. She could have easily told me she didn’t have one. It was so appreciated after a long drive from Austin.

We had a wonderful magic conference here (there were only two of us that organized the entire event, and with no employees to help us, the hotel staff couldn't have been more gracious with assisting us) and all of our attendees raved about the customer service and accommodations. The convention space was exactly what was needed, and the staff helped us out with every last minute detail immediately. We loved it so much that we have already booked the convention there for 2024. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing! I was here for a work event and the room was excellent. I will definitely return if I have any work events and if I am on a family vacation.

Overall a good hotel. Nice accommodations. Good views from some spots. Bar is super duper pricey though. Not worth drinking on site.

Beautiful Hotel and beautiful view. Rooms were very cozy and spacious as well as bathrooms. Absolutely loved the service and amenities available 24/7. There was also a large parking lot so parking was easy to find any time of day. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have, had I known this I would have made other arrangements. I had some Amazon packages delivered and was charged a $10 handling fee per package plus tax. Thought I’d mention so others have a heads up. Otherwise no negativity at all. Will definitely consider this place in future trips.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. TV did not work the first night and wifi was sometimes really slow and unreliable.

Really close to some nice entertainment and food options.

Stayed at this hotel twice and it was excellent both times. It is a very short walk from the convention center, and there is so much dining/culture around it. The lakefront is beautiful, and even if you don’t have a view you should go see it. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and we love the fridge in the room. Would DEFINITELY stay here again when in Irving.

I Held the Magistrorum Magic Convention September 7-10 (2023), here at the Marriott in Las Colinas. From the beginning stages of preparing until the days after close, the hotel and the staff treated us like royalty. Every question we had was answered and every need was met. I'm shocked at how well my guests at Magistrorum were treated. When you hear of Southern hospitality, it must have come from the Marriott. Thank you all for making our convention the event of the year! We've already signed on for next year!

Nice staff, easy parking, good views, lots of restaurant options nearby

I had a great time, where for several days and we were treated excellently. The manager Bridget and her staff accommodated our crew terrifically. We will be back I'm sure

I loved everything about this hotel. The lobby welcomes you without anyone having to say anything. The room was nice, the mirrors were super clean (I'm a mirror fanatic). The shower was amazing. The room doesn't have a microwave. We went downstairs to see for an area that might have had one. Surprisingly, the receptionist said, "No problem, I'll have one send to your room". I knew then, I was going to love it here. My kids loved it too. The had a lot of space to place. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was here attending a conference, not an overnight guest. The conference area had a nice isolated area for meals and conversation, away from the noise of the main lobby. The food the hotel staff presented for lynch was very good, particularly the roasted tomato soup served as a lunch side.
The location suffers from a parking issue at some times, but that is due mostly to location and buildings around it.

My favor place to stay when I'm in Dallas. Never had a bad experience. Very clean pretty centrally located and the food and serve is excellent.
