Hampton Inn Dallas/Irving-Las Colinas

Not sure why people have issues. It’s a slightly older hotel but I very much enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was nice especially, Stasea! Enjoyed my stay here!

Wonderful hotel! Great service and very clean. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. We will be back.

Price quality of this hotel is very good. I was visiting the Irving convention center and a uber brings you there for 7 dollar.

My impression is that the Hampton Inn Dallas/Irving-Las Colinas has made commendable strides in revitalizing what is clearly an older building. The rooms, while showing signs of the hotel's age, provided a comfortable retreat. The staff had a level of politeness and professionalism that contributed positively to the stay. The included breakfast, while not extravagant, was certainly sufficient. All in all, it was a good stay.

Loved the service I was given. The staff was very helpful and seemed genuine. The follow up text I received after checking in was great. Not the best room I've ever stayed in, but far better than most. Clean, crisp, and inviting. Great water pressure.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn twice so far this year (not the last time I can assure you of that) and each time my stay has been fantastic.
The front desk folks are very kind & courteous and will gladly help with whatever issue you may have.
The rooms are very spacious & very clean.
Breakfast (buffet style) is free for guests with lots to choose from.
There is a small gym on the 1st floor.
I'm pretty sure there is a pool somewhere, but I didn't go around searching for it.
Also, if you get the munchies, there is quite a selection of snacks and drinks to choose from near the front desk. The prices are reasonable 👍
You will not be disappointed in the least by staying here, it truly is a wonderful hotel 😊

Everything about my stay at the Hampton Inn in Las Colinas has been great. No problems with my reservation, the room is always ready and clean. The pool area is clean and ready to use. I have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on each of my visits. I received two complimentary bottled waters at checkout on my last visit, I appreciated that. Thank you Hampton-Inn, for making my visits pleasant and worry free!

Front desk lady was nice.
As soon as you walked in the room it had a very pleasant clean smell. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. It included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereal, fruit. We also saw a famous Hispanic singer. We enjoyed our stay.

Very polite staff at check in. The hotel is very simple and ultra clean. A nice property and a cozy/nostalgic Hampton Inn. I’m very picky when it comes to room conditions and I have to say my room was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently and were very happy with the large room and very good continental breakfast. Upon coming home I could not find my black shoes and called the hotel manager, Kim. She promised to contact housekeeping and called me back a few hours later. She said that they did not have the shoes, but found a pair of room slippers. I had left the slippers on purpose and did find the shoes later on in my suitcase. I am , however, very impressed with Kim, who went above and beyond her regular duties at a busy hotel. Thank you!

This is an affordable but nice hotel in a central area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were well kept and staff was very nice. Also, I had left some makeup in my room and they recovered it and sent it back to me very quickly.

If you need to be around the Irving area, this hotel is a great choice!

I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The room was clean, big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and the breakfast was good. There should have been more options but it was good. The staff was nice, professional, and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned my room while I was gone and that was amazing!! I stay in different hotels each week that I'm in Dallas and this is the first hotel that cleaned my room since Covid.

Highly satisfied with this hotel and the staff, considering we had to stay for a whole week. The housekeeper ladies were wonderful to us and checked on us all the time. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The breakfast was always hot and fresh.

Very clean!! The doors were sealed to show they were clean. There was a huge amount to detail in making sure the room and bathroom was clean and safe. My king suite had a bench, sofa, desk and comfy bed. There were plenty outlets and lights, came with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was very pleasant and gave bottle water when you checked in. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was very clean. Parking was good too. Staff at check-in were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area clean. Breakfast was very good as well. All the staff were awesome no matter what you needed. They were helpful.

Fast service, and clean room. Not ideally close to Six Flags here in Arlington, TX, but it's not far either, only about a 15-20 drive. In Texas language, it's right down the road.

I can only mention room 222, very clean and comfortable. Hot water was instant. This property was nice and would definitely add this to my business travel properties next time I am in this area.

Would have been perfect if the pool was ready! It wasn't a big deal at the time. Everything else was great. I recommend staying here. It was a very, very good location! Only blocks away from lots of stores.
