I don't write many reviews, only when service is really good or really bad. In this case it was superb! Worked with Sam who communicated well and handled the sale within 30 minutes after I arrived - that's right, once I said yes the paperwork was fast. This is not your typical car dealer establishment (thankfully, there are still some out there). Their listed price is reliable. Common reasonable fees such as title, license and inspection - I paid $300 in fees - rare to encounter in an upscale luxury car shop. They provided carfax when requested and answered all my questions. Fast and friendly! All around great experience and highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't. Over the past 23 years, I have used Palomino Motors exclusively to purchase all of my vehicles. I have always found the quality and price to be an excellent deal. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this used car dealer.

I cannot over exaggerate how great Palomino Motors was when I decided to trade in my Jeep. They were friendly, personable, and I got a great deal in comparison to what other manufacturer dealerships were offering me. They really seemed like a business that's not out to get every penny they can from you. Palomino appraised my jeep for $2000 higher then the dealership I bought the car from! So I traded in my Jeep for a BMW 328D through Palomino, and now I'm definitely coming back to Palomino if I ever need anything vehicle related. I didn't feel ripped off and I seriously recommend them for anyone who's looking for a luxurious car without breaking their bank account.

Had a great experience at Palomino Motors. They have a large variety of cars from low to high end which was very impressive. Wasn't expecting the cars there when I walked in. My sales advisor, Kevin Beasley did an outstanding job on getting me through the process of buying a vehicle. He was very courteous, professional and sincere. He did not come at me with the usual dealership B.S. His knowledge of the vehicle that I was looking for was excellent. I bought a BEAUTIFUL Honda Accord Touring from them today and I had the absolute BEST experience! I was required to put $200 down to take the car off the lot until I could come look at it on a Saturday and even though I was skeptical about it, Gina did EVERYTHING she promised. They got my payments right where I needed them and they were fair and polite! From the time I got there, it was nothing but a great experience. The Finance Manager Jimmy was also great! He got me in and out super quick and was straight forward and very informative regarding everything! He also took me to go sit in the Rolls Royce just for kicks! Just bought a Mercedes from Gina & Dennis.  This is the easiest way to buy a pre-owned vehicle.  The whole purchase process was quick, the warranty they gave was great.
