Love Dr Vaughn and all the staff. So thorough so caring and professional. They squeeze you in for unexpected emergencies I cannot say enough good things. I appreciate them and am so glad they are here in Katy. They take care of all of my dogs and whenever I need a quick visit for a mishap they are right there. They also have boarding too which is also wonderful. And also do the low cost clinic at pets supplies plus which I am thankful for with my group. Thank you Bingle!!

I just recently started taking my fur baby, love the low cost clinic offered occasionally at pet supplies plus! When there’s no clinics coming up, I come into the office. Always had a great experience, really show they care about your pets, some vet offices I visited lately, the staff can be so cold, but here it was warm welcoming and understanding. Dr. Lauren E. Ellender and the assistant I saw on my last visit with the other day were so amazing and caring with my Luna. Great experience and definitely great staff!

Love Bingle Vet, Katy. We've been taking our 3 dogs here since the past few years and it's been great. The Veterinarians, Office Staff, and Vet Techs are friendly, kind and professional. I trust them with our dogs.

These people are angels on earth! Our cat was limping and later on we foundd his foot was bloody and he seemed to be in pain. I called SEVERAL other emergency vet clinics, all of them referred me to "blue pearl "clinic. I called the BP clinics and was told the wait was between 3 to 4 hours. Luckily, as a last resort I tried Bingle Vet Katy. Wow. Taneka answered the phone, listened to my situation and scheduled an appointment for our cat Malvin with the hour. I actually got there half an hour early, and they saw us almost immediately. Amy came to the car and did a preliminary exam. Shortly after we were called in. Although my cat was distressed in the car and carrier, as soon as he was examined in the waiting room he immediately calmed down. He was first prepped by Katy and then Dr. Ellender examined and gave us the diagnosis and plan forward. Malvin somehow was reassured by her and he got comfortable with her quickly. We were in an out in a little more than one hour. All the staff were kind, nurturing and knew their stuff!!! I highly recommend this vet office and their staff. We are new back to the states after 10 years abroad in The Netherlands where pet care is fantastic. Truthfully i was worried about getting the same care for our pets here, I needn't have worried as Bingle Vet exceeded all my expectations! I would highly recommend and will return for all our pet health needs. Thank you Taneka, Amy, Katy and Dr. Ellender!!!!!!

Such a wonderful place to bring your pet. I recently rescued a kitten and was able to take her in for an appointment the same day I filled out an inquiry form online! Emily, Taylor, and Lorena were all so lovely, informed, and attentive. Adding on, the entire staff were such sweethearts with my scared kitten and she was made to feel right at home. I’ve had pets all my life and a clinics have never called me to follow up the next day on how my pet is doing until today! I am absolutely overjoyed to now have a clinic where I can bring all of my pets and rest well knowing they will always be cared for!

Has teeth... Will bite. That's what my girlfriend told me when I decided to feed my 5-year-old border collie next to my 4-month-old Belgian malinois. I did it anyway and the puppy got bit! You can imagine I was a little upset when I rushed the puppy to Bengal vet. Everyone in the office was calm like they had seen this kind of thing before The vet techs told me everything would be okay and even asked if I wanted to hold the puppy while the doctor put staples in his dog face. No way could I do that so I went to get something to eat and by the time I was back with a sandwich it was already done and everybody was loving on my puppy. I didn't get the doctor's name because she was so busy but I would like to thank all the vet techs especially Rachel and Tamika.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are transparent about what your pet does and does not need and does not beat around the bush with pricing. Dr. Vaughn is pleasant and funny yet professional.

Took our cat to the vet because she was having trouble going to the urination. They gave her medicine to take for 10 days or so. She is now much better.

Amazing vet and staff. They were so king and caring to my pup with very reasonable prices.

I had the best experience for my new pup with Dr. Vaughan. He was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. He took his time visiting with my pup and I to make sure all my questions were answered.

The interior of the office is clean and they have virtually no wait once you get to the office. I had a really positive experience here and would recommend to friends and family. Plus it’s right next to the pet store for a quick treat after a vet visit!

This will definitely be my go to vet!

Nothing but Amazing. I took my Goldendoodle to Bingle Vet for the first time. I had an extremely great experience. They were able to get me in the same day I called for a problem with my dog. Everyone one from the receptionist, to the vet assistant and the vet were all incredible.

They are extremely friendly people and willing to spend time with you and your animal to truly understand the problem. They also gave me my first visit free to top everything off. I will no be a forever customer.

I take both of my pups here. All of the staff treats them like family. I truly appreciate everything that is done for my girls and I am immensely thankful for all the staff.

This by far is the best Vet I've ever dealt with. Jack is getting up in age and just loves this place. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Highly recommend this Vet. We had to make a very very difficult decision recently (euthanasia for our beloved puppy), and I just have to say a big thank-you to Dr Vaughan and team for the professionalism and compassion with which they handled everything. God bless you guys!

Being in my 50's I've used a lot of vets and this by far is one of my favorites. They were so kind and gracious when I had to put my 15 year dog to sleep. They even sent us a condolences card that was signed by the entire staff. Made us all cry after reading it. They have taken great care of are cat and are newest member of the family, are Ridgeback puppy. Will definitely keep going there for are fur family members needs.

Always take great care of our dog. It’s great to be able to go somewhere you can trust.

I have a very active untrained dog, in Tamika at the front desk was so understand and helpful. She always have a smile on her face. Now their is an older African American lady not so nice and make smart comments, I just ignore because Tamika alone deserves a 5 star...

Great staff! Friendly, short wait times, and great vets-- you can tell the staff here really loves what they do. If you have a nervous/anxious/fearful pet like I do, they are really sweet to them. They handled my 60 pound fur baby with extreme care. I'm glad I came here with Lucy!

We love this place! The vets are very caring and knowledgeable, and the staff is fantastic ( including the front desk girl!). We especially love Kayla! She loves our dogs, and takes the time to listen to us, answer any questions we have, and review the instructions for care for our pets. She is also always smiling and friendly every time we see her. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful service! We are so grateful to find such high quality care here in Katy! From the very first time I called, I’ haven’t been disappointed. Joey at reception was so compassionate when I first called and he is part of the reason why we chose to bring our pup to Bingle vet! Dr. Wei is wonderful! She’s very professional while being relatable and gives you a plan of care for your pet that is affordable. You can choose from the treatment plan which things you think are most time sensitive and necessary for your pet. She honestly is willing to do whatever it takes to help your pet get the care it needs which is amazing. Our Lucie is so comfortable with the staff that she was trying to walk to the back with Dr. Wei and her assistant after our visit was done! You won’t regret coming here! Thankful for all that the staff has done for our sweet girl.
