Hyatt Place Dallas / Las Colinas

We booked for a single night and they unfortunately had a guest flood a room. The way the staff handled everything was handled with great professionalism. Cannot thank Alicia and the gm Rehana enough for being so calm during a crucial and highly stressful sistuation.

My stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Las Colinas two weeks ago was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's modern and stylish ambiance caught my eye right from the start. The staff's warm welcome and efficient check-in made me feel at home immediately.

My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts I needed. The cozy bed and well-designed layout ensured a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the sleek furnishings to the thoughtful amenities.

The location was a major plus. Being close to Dallas and in the vibrant Las Colinas area meant easy access to attractions and dining options. I appreciated the convenience of exploring the local scene without any hassle.

The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. The variety of options catered to different preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety measures gave me peace of mind during my stay.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with any inquiries I had. Their knowledge about the local area and willingness to offer recommendations was greatly appreciated.

All in all, my stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Las Colinas was a memorable one. If you're looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel with a great location and excellent service, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Stayed one night due to overlay at DFW. Location is a bit far from the airport but there is a hotel shuttle. Clean and big room. Good breakfast. Elevation door is big!

Had a great stay. Mayra with house keeping is great, lady at breakfast keeps it going and ladies in front were nice. Beds are firm ,rooms are clean and pool was kept clean and water is cool even under these very hot days.

It's weird I'm seeing reviews about dirtyness and outdated appearance. I'm a Globalist, which means I've stayed in more Hyatts than I have home. This is one of the cleanest I've been in, and not outdated at ALL! The whole place smelled good/clean, and the room was very fresh. Some places don't use scented cleaners, but this place does. I've only experienced that one other time in a Queens Hyatt. The elevators are the only seemingly 'used' feel. It looks new, but no a/c and a little rattly.
The male staff isn't warm. A tad lazy/cavalier. And I didn't get the ADA room I booked the first day, which is really ticking me off. Otherwise, newer hotel, very clean, up-to-date!

Rooms are big, bed is comfortable. Staff are very friendly. There’s a metro line around a 5 min walk that takes you into down town Dallas.

Love Hyatt Place, clean, modern, hotel with great simple breakfast. Rooms are large and clean with decent amenities.

Rooms were immaculate, desk service was outstanding, limited food menu and quality of food was marginal. Wine was super.

Friendly staff all around makes this a good place to stay when I am in town for business. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and other things to do.

As long as I come to Dallas for the Cowboys, this will be my hotel of choice! Amazing location, wonderful staff, a great breakfast, and a fair price!

I had a great stay. The staff member I mostly interacted with was Jennifer and she was amazing. She was very professional and courteous. The location is awesome and the rooms are very comfortable. It's like a small apartment and that's the reason I choose to stay at Hyatt Place a lot of times. If I'm in the area again I will likely stay here.

Friendly and professional staff, good breakfast at the internal Starbucks. Nice decor and cookies in the foyer! Indoor/outdoor pool and gym were both clean.

I enjoyed my stay here. Spacious room, clean exercise equipment, friendly staff and the shuttle driver, Gloria was great to speak with and very cheerful. No complaints.

We got 2 double beds in a suite for about 140 a night (after taxes and fees). It came with a good, hot breakfast, lots of selection (no extra charge). There is a fridge and a coffee maker in the room (makes hot water for tea too) but no microwave. There is one available in the lobby anytime.
The room was clean and the AC/Heat worked well.
All staff were attentive and kind.
Great experience overall, no complaints.

I stay in hotels a lot so I know what's good , what's not, and everything inbetween ...what to expect when walking in and what will make me walk right back out. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness here is phenomenal. I didn't even see a single hair once in my room, which is rare. The hotel doesn't have any smell to it, which is very good for my migraines. When you come in, the front desk is right at the front, where it should be. (I've found mazes before in other places) and easily accessible. They are fast and efficient when getting your room. There was ONE guy on staff for check in who was also working the bar . My first thought was...this is gonna take forever. I came here ...along with well over 50 others, when ALL American airlines flights were canceled that night. I was very impressed with how fast he took care of that many people at the front desk and the bar. He said it's rare that it happens but I don't know how because he handled it with ease like he's done it hundreds of times. Everybody is so friendly here and I met a few regulars at the bar that know each one of the staff by first name. The manager even came over and introduced herself. She was attentive and sweet. They have a well stocked snack and nonalcoholic drink area conveniently between the bar and front desk. The rooms are nice and big. They have a huge shower with really good water pressure and temperature. (One thing im super picky about). The bed and pillows were comfortable. I hate when rooms have the springs that you could feel right through the mattress. Thankfully, this wasn't the case. The ac unit runs smoothly. It lets you digitally choose what heat/cool setting you want. I personally think it runs a little cooler but that might just be me. The staff was very helpful with menus for local restaurants and getting me a cab to the airport. The drinks at the bar were more than fair. I've been here for a good three days and you're I have zero complaints for this hotel. Oh, and by far a very generous free Continental breakfast that I devoured in a matter of seconds. This was an excellent stay and if I ever travel to Dallas again, this will be my spot!

At the hotel right now. Complimentary breakfast served in Le Cruset pots. Sausage, eggs and potatoes. Butter spread?? Enjoy the Hyatt Place layout with couch and desk separate from the comfortable beds. Also a small bar area open until midnight. Another positive Hotwire experience.

I had a wonderful stay here at The Hyatt. Vicky was such a kind a helpful front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond expectations. Analeese was very nice as well. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here several times. This location has stepped-up all aspects of the hotel. Very Clean hotel and rooms. Super hot showers, which is very important for us business travelers. Shout-out to Jennifer for her Spot-on service! She has a Genuine Love of People. Give her a promotion!!

Great breakfast! Huge family rooms. Gracious staff! Jennifer at the front desk provided above and beyond service when we had to make an unexpected overnight stay. Then to top it off our car wouldn’t start. A manager allowed us to borrow jumper cables and another staff member jumped our car! We are SO grateful and thankful for everyone’s help! It took a village and Hyatt Place Las Colinas made it happen 👍🏼👍🏼❤❤
