I had the best experience at this dealership. They were so awesome and helpful to all of my needs. My sales person Alex treated me like I was family. He was so nice and cool and we bonded like nothing else. I was thinking that I was just gonna go in and come out with nothing like I did at Toyota Dealership in Irving but they were so great. Luis was great, he was very attentive and understanding of what I needed. There was no haggling at all, and he was always looking to help. I will be returning for a few more vehicles, so make sure Luis is ready! ;)

The sales manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was in the most reliable vehicle to support my family. He was very attentive and accommodating as well. He even let me borrow his pen for the whole process lol.

Carlos was amazing (Finance), he really took care of me and made sure that I had everything that I needed to maintain my vehicle. He showed extreme patience with me going through the paperwork and I really appreciated that.

I recently purchased my new Chrysler 300 through Clay Cooley in Irving and received excellent customer service from my salesperson Windell, manager Mike, and Mario in finance. They made everything clear and presented me with all the options educating me in the process. The whole process felt low pressure so I am thankful for these gentlemen and am glad I came here. Apart from their excellent customer service in my personal experience I was thrilled they actually had the vehicle listed on their website so no baiting here and they gave me a good amount of money for my trade in so yes very satisfied!

I came in with low expectations due to previously bad experiences with car sales man but I have to admit that working with Windal through the process of purchasing my new vehicle he was very transparent and genuine. I truly feel like he helped me walk off the lot with the best deal possible.
