Omni Las Colinas Hotel

This establishment exhibited exceptional standards of hospitality, surpassing our expectations. Henceforth, we intend to exclusively patronize this establishment for our accommodation needs within the Irving area. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and care towards my spouse and myself. Notably, they provided exceptional accommodations in recognition of our wedding anniversary.

Extremely beautiful location. My room overlooks the Lake. Rooms are large and very clean. Service is amazing. Outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine and wonderful walk along the lake! Terri in the coffee shop was fantastic as well. I could see her growing into a great customer service/management and training asset to the company. Everyone has been great - thank you!

I absolutely loved my stay. Amazing service, great amenities including a heated pool by the water, and in addition to the great restaurant on location there are so many others just a short walk away.

I had an awesome stay this past week over Christmas! It was weird staying in a hotel instead of the house I grew up in but all of the employees there were so fabulous and made it feel homey. One that stood out and really just made my whole trip awesome was Kylie from the restaurant in the lobby. Excellent customer service and a joy to be around! Even my super hard to please mom had nice things to say about her after dinner. I hope you get to see this, Kylie because that is a HUGE compliment. Room was great, scallops were awesome, but the people were the best part. Will definitely stay here next time I come home!

I loved every moment during my stay at Omni Las Colinas for this weekend! Lovely suite room with a spectacular lake view, very spacious and clean, and really nice and kind staffs! It was my partner’s birthday and we received a beautiful chocolate cake from the front desk as well. Valet staffs were super efficient and kind. It felt like a gift to stay in this hotel. We will come back to this hotel whenever we visit Dallas going forward!

This Omni location is fantastic. I love staying here. The front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. I called the front desk about an issue with the temperature in our room, and Eli from engineering was sent up to help. He was super friendly, and he promptly fixed the issue. There was an instant change. If you have any problems that the engineering department can fix, ask for Eli!

The hotel is walkable to many corporate towers for meetings, music venues, lots of good restaurants nearby, and there is a lovely view of Lake Carolyn. Rooms are spacious, especially the corner rooms, which are huge. Front staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. And the bartendermade the lobby bar a fun place to hang out! There is a nice fitness center, though you can also run along the lake and canal if you prefer to exercise outdoors. I didnlt have a chance to try the restaurants, but all in all a top notch hotel.

My workplace has used the Omni Hotel for our company's conference meetings due to its exceptional standards. Every time I come here I get treated so well! Brittany always upgrades my room and sends me an amenity! Thank you for always going above & beyond! The week of my birthday I got surprised with a bday cake towel shape in my suite!! Truly amazing stay every single time! ♥

Our stay for my birthday was nothing short of amazing. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was great. The hot tub was broken but other than that it was wonderful!

Everything was great. Visited for work but would definitely stay again for fun. Matt in the bar is awesome, and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Great outdoor space with a trail around the lake.

Great hotel made even better by the employees. Everyone is friendly. Dave the bellhop and Jeremy one of the managers both stood out. My kids love the heated pool even in December. The Christmas decorations stand out and being within walking distance to restaurants is nice. The live music at the bar for NYE was a nice touch (great band too, David Tribble). This is our second staycation at Omni Las Colinas and we can't wait to come back.

We attended an outside event at the hotel, but had the opportunity to interact with some of the staff while we were there. They were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the meeting/conference/banquet room was well situated and very comfortable. Some friends were staying for the weekend and had already checked in, and they were eagerly looking forward to a weekend of fun and relaxation. Also, the hotel is very easy to get to and is beautiful. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing getaway weekend. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. We really enjoyed strolling around Lake Caralyn and getting cozy by the fire pits.

A 30 year old luxury hotel that is very well maintained. The service is excellent throughout every aspect. I was here for a conference at this hotel. The shower controls worked better than most hotels. And the keyless entry latch worked better than any I have used. The view was great!
My Update: I returned to this hotel for a second conference in Feb. 2024. I was even more pleased this time. I got a king-sized room this time so I have including photos of this king-sized room too. Just like last time, the view is very nice.

Older hotel but well kept property. Tastefully decorated. Very good food service for our large corporate event.

Stayed here for a business meeting and they really did a nice job. Conference area was super nice. Rooms were very clean and had nice views. Area was safe and close to great activities. Beautiful Lake Carolyn to run around. Great gym with everything you need to work out (24 hours). This is a great property.

Great location in the middle of everything, next to Lake Carolyn, walking distance to restaurants. Staff very attentive and good in anticipating your needs via text or use of phone. Complimentary beverage and parking, allowed early check in, nice pool and gym. Offered extra services to make our stay very comfortable, love the texture of their robe.

OMNI las colinas is a beautiful hotel and it is perfect venue for every occasion.

It has beautiful rooms, restaurants, and banquet spaces.

I have been there at my family event, and it was such a great experience for us.

Service was impeccable and food was delicious, event spaces they have huge and spacious with heart taking interior.

This property is perfect for social and corporates.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this location. It was an amazing experience. The staff is so kind and attentive. The rooms and hotel grounds are spotless and have an amazing view! The outdoor area is so relaxing and nice for the kids as well. You can’t go wrong with the food at any of the on site locations, all were delicious. This hotel is a 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back next time we are in the area!
