Dayan’s Lash Bar

If I could put 0 stars I would, Leslie Zamora was looking for lash models on Facebook so I booked an appointment Tuesday night with her for 12:30pm on Wednesday, just to receive a text message Wednesday morning that my appointment was canceled! I didn’t know what was going on so i called to verify why before I headed towards Southlake because I stay in Fort Worth. She then tells me she canceled my appointment because I didn’t respond on fb @ 9am to verify if I was still coming in at 12:30 & I answered an hour late. That was very unprofessional in her part knowingly that I stated at the beginning of our conversation am not always on Facebook, not everyone lives off Facebook 24/7 I have kids to feed etc. She could of called or txt me instead to verify, she has my number. After calling her unprofessional she decides to call me unprofessional for booking an appointment without knowing if i would make it & hangs up?! Yet she knew the situation that’s why she herself made the appointment for 12:30 and I stated I would be there at 12:30! if she can’t move time she should of said that before booking me! I don’t recommend this place at all, you will put your plans aside to get something done just to get your appointment canceled without you knowing!
