Sonesta Simply Suites Dallas Las Colinas

Never heard of Sonesta, let alone Simply Suites. Always have stayed at other places similar, but the difference is mindblowing than ever. Staff was very friendly and respectful and describe the premises and what they provided. Room floor plan was excellent and I like the fact that the room wasn't mostly carpet. The one thing that I never got with other places was the dishwasher which was a surprise and I took advantage of the accommodation. I've stayed here more than once and looking forward to the next stay. 🙏🏿

Wow! Such a wonderful place to stay. Clean, fresh smelling and well appointed. The rooms are huge. Mine had a recliner too. Complimentary guest laundry, a patio with gas grills for guests to use, and a gym with high quality equipment. Yvonne at the front desk is a delight. We had a great conversation. I’ll be back.

Rooms are very spacious with a kitchen, long desk area. Beds are super comfy with soft pillows. 💓

A calm place and rooms were very clean. People in the front desk was very helpful. The room had free Wi-Fi with good speed. They don't provide food and there was one restaurant nearby. Outside the hotel, roads were deserted. Don't use DART trains, even though the Hidden Ridge DART station is very near to the hotel.

I never had to stay at an extended-stay hotel before, but found myself needing to do so in late June for a little less than two months until I was able to move into my new place. I chose this one based on proximity to my job and the reviews. I had a wonderful experience for the almost-2 months that I stayed there, and when there was a small problem here or there, the friendly, service-oriented staff took care of it right away. Special thanks to the general manager Mike, shuttle driver Umberto, and customer service rep Cara. I highly recommend this place based on affordability, cleanliness, and comfort. It felt like my very own little studio apartment...home away from home.!

First off it smelled like a fresh cleaned home! The front desk was SO nice and accommodating!! The hallways smell like freshly lit bath and body works candles!! This may be my new get away spot!!

I’m honestly here to brag about their professional, Mr. Freddie. From the time that I called the hotel, this individual was simply amazing. So kind, courteous, and patient. Not to mention at 1:30AM! It was a tough night dealing with cancelled flights (etc) and his energy really turned my night around with the simple care that he put into everything. All of my questions ...requests, I genuinely and greatly appreciate it all. Thank you very much Freddie - and the hotel was a very comfortable stay as well.

Yvonne at the front desk is phenomenal! She was super helpful and without hesitation did her best to make sure I had a room available when my organization forgot to book me a room. Would definitely recommend in the DFW area and stay here again! Thank you Yvonne!!

Stayed here for a short while and loved all the workers. Everyone was so professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean

Mike at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He assisted us with all questions and answered them accordingly. Very clean room. Thank you to the hotel cleaning staff your services do not go unnoticed! I would stay again.

So far amazing. It come with a stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, in a since table. Then in the bathroom the have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Seems like a very nice place to be staying for a long trip:) oh and the front desk was very helpful and beautiful.

Candlewood was a great place to stay. We were close to food and fun. The room was no frills, but it was clean. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was an added bonus. The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive. We witnessed him going out of his way to help another customer with a disability. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value and location. I mixed up and booked a non refundable rate at this location (was looking at other Sonesta right down the road) so was a bit worried since I didn't have the breakfast perk I was looking for and the reviews are just slightly lower. ( I think people get confused between the two hotels and knock this one out of confusion).

I was pleasantly surprised! The check in was very quick (you do wait right until 4pm to check in or pay 28 bucks even half an hour early), and the room was super spacious and clean.

There were no odd smells like others have described. There was not a spot of dust on anything in the room. It was stocked with dishes, soap for them, and all the basic kitchen amenities. The bed was comfortable and super clean. No stains!

The bathroom came stocked with shampoo and bodywash which I was not expecting. The bathroom including the tub was sparkling clean and the water was hot and pressure was good.

The location is very convenient to get around. DFW is super spread out but this hotel, for me, was centrally located. There's even public transport across the street.

Never had issues finding parking and my rental car was secure.

They do take $100 dollars as an incidental when you check in, but say it'll be release when you check out. There is FREE laundry, just bring your own soap. Several grocery stores a 10 minute drive away. There's also a gym, but never used it.

I'm very picky when it comes to places I stay at, and I'll definitely be back my next time in the area.

Great hotel, very affordable. Clean. Comfortable. (No breakfast). Nice area around it. Across street from orange line subway (Hidden Ridge Station. 15 mins from airport) which goes to/from airport and to Dallas and many areas. Excellent value. Will stay again. Stayed with wife and son. Half mile from many restaurants, movies, etc

One of the best staff at the front office. Very polite and extremely helpful. Always available. Rooms are very clean and pretty decent. No breakfast option but free laundry is a plus. Is pet friendly. Good indian and other restaurant nearby. Overall candlewood is more than value for money.

Lisa was so sweet! Very caring for the tenents/guests!! Please keep her around! She definitely deserves a raise!

Rooms clean manager days was ok night man was excellent. Washung and drying is free just bring your own detergent or buy theres. Drinks are great price. For good ones not cheap products. Rate was great even at last minute

I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood .The staff is always friendly and nice,always a warm welcome when ever I arrive .The Candlewood is a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Will be back very soon

I've been here for a while, this place had a mess with the winter storm but who didn't? Their customer service has been the best part of any of it. after the winter storm repairs were needed. If it wasn't for Mike, Tay, and especially the night guy Freddy I would have not stayed while those repairs were completed. If you are in town and like friendly, English speaking, down right badass service.... You might want to stop by and try for yourself. 👍

Friendly staff, very responsive. A++ Rooms are great, mini kitchens in the rooms and Kroger is just around the corner! They'll also match standard per diem rates if you ask them to.
