Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

Sister goes to her classes on weekends, and she invited me. I loved the upstairs bedroom and private bathroom! Also, I loved the fact there's a kitchen with a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and refrigerator!! Sure saves a lot of money to cook rather than eat out all the time! This place is way better than the other hotel we stayed at! And breakfast is great! Love this place!

Spent almost a month here while training nearby at Flight Safety. Nice location, comfortable rooms, and great housekeeping for an extended stay. Brenda was an amazing start to each day, with the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, with its solid rotating menu. Will choose this hotel again and again anytime I’m in the area for long stays in the future.

I’ve stayed at numerous Residence Inns across the country based on the quality and consistency of the brand, but this location stands out as a superior experience. When booking, I was slightly apprehensive about what I’d find based on the age of the property, but the room was one of the cleanest I’ve encountered anywhere. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the location has close proximity to not only Las Colinas, but DFW/Grapevine, and even downtown. The next time I’m in Dallas I would happily book here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Very clean, quiet comfy room.
No vehicle noises, not alot of foot traffic, or people's conversations.
I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are a little dated but the service by the front desk staff made up for every issue I encountered.

A home away from home for Indians. Near the market Square that caters to Indian culinary preferences and relatively peaceful surrounding. Rooms are decent with living and sleeping areas, a decent kitchen (cook if you wish) and automated launderette.

The staff are congenial and available 24x7

Stayed at this property for 45 nights with a corporate relo and the service was above and beyond - a home away from home. Prompt alerts when packages arrived, very nice morning breakfast package, the pool was lovely and fresh and the turndown service was remarkable. I will recommend this ResInn to all my business traveling colleagues!

We had a very rough travel day on Wednesday 8/10. 8 of us had our flights cancelled and we had a very hard time finding a hotel to accommodate all of us. Gabriel was a great help getting us all a room during this challenging moment. Everyone at this hotel was fantastic and so helpful. If I am ever back in the area I will be sure to stay there again. We stayed in the VIP suite and it was lovely! The room and furniture was nice and the amenities that came with room was really nice. Well definitely stay again!

I stayed here for 6 nights for school. One thing that truly stood out to me was the 'Guest Experience Expert', Brenda Brown. She went above and beyond each morning to ensure satisfaction and comfortability, during breakfast. Thank you Brenda for being an outstanding employee along with a model of GREAT customer service!

Reasonably priced and value for the money. Rooms are clean, not only free breakfast but this is the only marriott brand hotel where i saw Vegi patties during breakfast. Lady at the reception is friendly and addressed any requests.

I stayed here almost for an year or so - spread over a period of 2 years. During this time they were doing a massive renovation, but they made sure that the guests were not inconvenienced in any way!! The staff was pretty knowledgeable and always pleasant to talk to!! Only suggestion that I could give is to introduce varying menus in breakfast to break the monotony.

Oh breakfast is outstanding what a beautiful way to start your day and residence inn has it all!(omg).. Both hostess Ms. Brenda & Ms. Karina are very attentive, greeting you every morning with a smile, they have hot breakfast, eggs , sausage, french toast, cubed potatoes, cold breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, coffee the list goes on!!!! Thanks ladies!!! Let's keep the 5 star's rolling. Housekeeping is one of the finest, keeping things sanitize, clean and in order. It's more to housekeeping than just cleaning a room and these ladies make sure they satisfy you. Thank you Ms. Mara & Ms. Santos.. Lastly maintenance, Mr.Frank has answered every call in a timely matter (and that my friend is not an easy task) Thank you so much! . My stay has been extended. I'm sharing my review because these are stressful times and finding the right hotel can be stressful and daunting. The rooms here have everything to offer full kitchens , 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Penthouse has (upstairs) with 2 beds & 2 baths even fireplaces. The rooms are so spacious! The greener around the property is also beautiful, it beacons me daily to come and sit with nature and enjoy the trees and that morning or evening breeze. Sunrise /Sunsets are impeccable, You can enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the am or a nice glass of wine in the pm. Las Colinas is a beautiful place and this hotel sits on a hill. If your looking for a place that gives you peace of mind and a home away from home feeling, come on and check in.. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed!! From the super friendly staff to the incredibly cozy and "homey" feeling room, I will definitely stay here again. I spent about 10-11 days here for work but I plan on coming back to this beautiful area again someday with my family.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that had so many amenities. They serve a hot breakfast that has scrambled and hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, bread, muffins, waffles, bagels, and several other options. They also have a wonderful happy hour every day that has excellent snacks. The room I stayed in was a double suite, that was so clean spacious. Front desk staff are exceedingly polite and helpful. We were able to utilize an LA fitness across the street as part of our package, which was amazing. I would definitely return.

We absolutely enjoyed our extended stay with Residence Inn Las Colinas. Joyce was the sweetest, in fact all the employees were the absolute best. Friendly, attentive, and accommodating are only a few of the wonderful qualities shown to us by all. Breakfast and the social hours were plentiful and upbeat. The grounds were always well maintained and the suite was more than spacious for our family and fur babies. Thank you for helping us feel at home, while away from home ... especially during the holidays.

The rooms were spacious, and easy to move around in. The kitchen was clean, and easy to cook it along with adequate silverware and dishes to eat with. The beds were soft, clean, and pre-made. Pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, enough soap for a shower, toilet was clean, shower was clean. Couches were clean and comfortable. Location was near enough the places I needed to get to. Great breakfast options and nice hotel staff.
