The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas

Great location, really friendly staff, easy walking distance to the Convention Centre.

Set in a modern new area, still some works taking place nearby but this didn’t distract or disturb my stay.

Rooms super quiet and bed is to die for! Huge comfy and the best pillows ever.

Spacious, clean and modern layout, tv easy to use, small fridge and coffee machine made sure I was comfortable.

Stayed five nights, everything was perfect, Starbucks is in reception but not open 24/7.

There is also also the restaurant as you come in to the hotel on the right, huge spacious area with bar seats, booths and tables so plenty of choices.

Pool and Gym are located on the second floor, pool is heated, hot tub is gorgeous and hot so perfect for relaxing in after a day at a convention or conference in the local area.

A short walk away is the Toyota Music factory, some great bars to try and my personal favourite was the Yard House.

Super nice Westin. Our room was clean, updated, and comfortable. Very nice club lounge. The club lounge manager in the evenings, Cindy, was absolutely fantastic. She provided exquisite service and made our family feel very welcome.

Stayed here on a business trip my wife was sent on. This is a very nice hotel with great views. Not too far from DFW airport or any other places of interest. Parking garage is great you just have to remember your license plate when you check in at the front desk so they can scan it when you go in and out of the garage.

This hotel is beautiful! I was here for a corporate convention. The rooms were elegant, the bathroom very roomy, and the shower had fragrant shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, with the rain shower faucet overhead. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for me, but there were plenty to prop you up to watch a good movie! I wish I noticed beforehand, but they also supplied a bathrobe!!!

The convention food was delicious, and there were nice restrooms with private bathrooms! I walked around to check ot the amenities... there was a nice fitness area, an outdoor pool and sauna, which looked inviting, and even a pool bar area, great for a party! Near the pool there was even an area to hang outside on some couches!

Anyway, if you're ever in the Irving, TX area, this is a nice hotel to stay at!

Very very nice hotel. Swr ice at the restaurant was the slowest I have ever experienced. Food was good but took WAY to long to get it. Would recommend going somewhere else to eat but otherwise hotel was very nice

The check-in was a little slow because they were very busy. However, the service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and stylish. Rooms are nice and modern.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend while we attended an event at the convention center.
The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the convention center.
The bathroom amenities were lovely and I was thrilled with the complimentary lavender oil.
We slept great on the comfortable bed, the pool area was really nice and the lobby was beautiful.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly.
The entire property was clean, well maintained and thoughtful.
The valet area, lobby and hallways smelled good each day we were there.
If we are ever back in the area we will stay here again.
There are so many great restaurants within walking distance it was nice not to have to leave the property.
The parking garage was well lit and easy to navigate with large car spaces.

Charlton I think was his name. He wasn't very friendly at check-in. But valet, room service, and housekeeping staff were all nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Very walkable location. Nice rooms, amazing hotel staff! Very accommodating. The restaurant and bar was good and very cozy. A nice place to relax. The gym was all you could need but Peleton bikes were available for a fee in your room. Nice views, nice club. We had a great stay!

Stayed in an executive suite for business trip. Great hotel, so many choices within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again. But y'all need to get rid of that damn couch. Had to be the most uncomfortable peice of furniture to sit on. RM#241. Additionally, for the price of the room is it alot to ask for wifi to be included? $15/day for internet access in a hotel like this is just strange.

Great place to stay, lots of eateries in walking distance. The hotel food is great, but the staff of the restaurant is very rude and slow they definitely need training.
The reception, housekeeping, little coffee shop, and valet employees are extremely helpful and very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice area with things to do within walking distance. Exceptional customer service and the restaurant had really great food selections, and the drinks were sooo good!!! Shout out to Kenneth on the drinks...best bartender ever!!!

Beautiful hotel, came here for business training, breakfast at the restaurant is amazing, gym is great, big pool and jacuzzi, rooms are very nice, walk in showers, relatively new / renovated.

This is a beautiful hotel in close proximity to DFW Airport. You can walk to the Irving Convention Center, Toyota Music Factory, and many restaurants. The hotel is gorgeous with good service.

Just a quick over night trip for a meeting but this new property does not disappoint!
We had a mini suite which was comfortable and spacious

The rooms had that comfortable feeling, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really big, with a shower bench. I took a lot of photos so you can see the interior of the rooms and exterior/lobby of the hotel. The lobby and common areas, there was enough seating to relax and talk with friends and/or colleagues. This hotel is the most convenient location if you are attending an event at the convention center right next door. The staff were extremely helpful and the front desk staff were there at every hour. I would like to give credit for all the assistance to Lance, who was at the front desk. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Towards the back of the hotel lobby, there is a cafe with coffee and breakfast.

The Westin is definitely a premium experience all of the staff I interacted with at my company's function there were professional and courteous, and the food was excellent particularly for a convention dinner.

I really loved my experience at this hotel. Traveling for work is always stressful but the employees here were very accommodating and professional. The rooms are beautiful and the facility is so close to the convention center and restaurants I couldn't have asked for better.

Beautiful hotel, but pricey. A room was $269 with $50 per night dog fee , plus parking $25/night. Petunia and I stayed at the LA Quinta.

I stayed here last weekend. It is very close to the Irving Convention Center and the Toyota Music Factory. Plenty of food options. There is a restaurant I tried in the hotel Mesa Mezcal. It was delicious. (I had the quesadillas and trio dip.) I do recommend 😀 . Next time I go to a convention will definitely stay here again. Staff helped me out a few times as well. Thanks again!!
