Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

Personally I don't know why they have a three-star rating, it's a very nice hotel.

Landed in Texas at 7:35am, figured the room wouldn’t be ready until around 3pm since that’s when checkin was listed as, but we decided to take our chances. We checked in with Ron and Brittany, Ron was very friendly and welcoming…He did let us know that it was rather early so there might not be anything available but He’ll check and what do you know there were rooms available…Ron assigned us a room and we checked in with no problems. Room was nice and clean and very cold. We stayed 3 days 8/05-8/07/22, very affordable, my team and family enjoyed the entire stay. I also booked another room for a friend but they couldn’t find the reservation, but I went to the front desk and Brittany the hotel manager found it with absolutely No Problem. The staff was so great and we enjoyed our trip to Texas. Thank you!

Currently one of thousands stranded in Dallas, TX, due to ice storms and very grateful that this hotel hired Michael. Michael is running the front desk and he's been aces since I walked in the door. He guided me through the process of extending my stay since travel is so ambiguous right now, and even scored me a couple of muffins when I missed breakfast. I've watched him assist other guests, field non-stop phone calls, and adjust room reservations with a smile and nothing but kindness toward us frustrated travelers. While we all wait to get home, Michael is doing everything to take care of us while we are here and for that I am grateful. Thank you, Michael!

I stayed here after a flight was delayed due to weather, and I was very impressed by Brittany, their front office supervisor and how helpful she was! I arrived in a wave of probably 20 other travelers dealing with delays and cancelled flights, and Brittany was patient with all of us as she got us checked in and taken care of- making sure we had our taxis arranged to get back to the airport so we could rest easy. After a few hours of sleep, I figured I would see someone else in the lobby when I went to check out and head back to the airport- but there she was with a smile and a laugh. She really went above and beyond, and helped make a tough situation much more pleasant.

Highly recommend!!!! Customer service is AMAZING! Grace is absolutely such an asset to your company! She’s not only a breath of fresh air after a long day .. but TRULY cares about you.. not only as a guest but as a person which is rare to come by - especially these days ! Grace Definitely goes the EXTRA mile providing excellence in her customer service! Thank you!!!

I travel fairly frequently and it is a rare thing when a front desk agent interacts with you beyond the standard "How's your room?" type of question. Well, Not the case here! I had to travel for work with little notice, and I was booked into a regular room with a king bed and a fridge, which was totally fine. My first night, I just wanted to get some groceries and kick back and relax. I told Brittany while I was leaving that I was going to the store for a few groceries.

I got back with a few bags, and she looked at me and commented that I really did "buy groceries" (I hate eating in a restaurant alone). She asked me to confirm my length of stay (1 week) and then she told me to put my bags down.
"I'm going to upgrade you. Hang on."

She was able to get me an upgraded room with a microwave and a fridge. At this point, I'll mention that in all my travels, and staying at probably 50 hotels over the last 5 years, I have never been upgraded unless there was problem.

Brittany truly made me feel like this was her house, and she was taking care of a family member. Her service, care, and concern for my comfort during my stay was exemplary, above and beyond, and memorable. Fairfield Inn Las Colinas, you've got an absolute GEM in Brittany, and should my travels bring me back to Irving in the future, you can be damn well assured I'm staying here....as long as Brittany is running the place.

My review is 100% based on the service that Michael at the front desk provided each and everyday of my stay. Even walking into a Dallas hotel with my 49ers gear I was welcomed with open arms and a little welcomed banter. Some people just know how to be in a customer facing position and without doubt he is one of them.

Good hotel with clean and hygienic ambience. The customer service is excellent. The complimentary breakfast is good and had a lot of food options. Checked in very late due to rain and heavy traffic last week and the manager was very friendly and offered fruits and yogurt from breakfast area setup. Overall had a pleasant experience.

My fiancé & I were staying here since we are from out of town. The check in was simple & quick we got our room & were on our way to rest up. The room was clean & peaceful. The view on the 2nd floor was beautiful. Our stay was very comfortable & quiet considering it was by a freeway. 😁🙏🏼

I totally loved the place. Incredibly nice and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is smoke free and unlike other places I've been to, the room and hallways were not smelly. Breakfast area is a bit small and gets packed easily but definitely something I can live with.
I had an emergency trip to Dallas and by the end of the day I realized I didn't have a place to stay. I found this hotel in one of those travel apps but instead of using the app to make a reservation, I decided to just drop by and I was surprised they offered me the same deal without having to go online.
Bottom line this place is a real best value considering the price I paid for a one-bed room!
Next time I visit Dallas this hotel will be #1 in my list of places to stay.

The service was great. Our room was extremely clean. The furniture was very nice and well maintained. The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. I have no complaints about this hotel. Plan on staying here again in the future.

Stayed 3 evenings in August, 2015. Everything was just great. Manager Brian was especially helpful with our requests and always cheerful. The lady minding the hot breakfast buffet was especially diligent and focused on customer satisfaction. The exercise room and indoor pool were very nice and nicely maintained. It is clearly evident customer satisfaction is important here. You will be pleased to stay here and the rates are competitive and a good value.

The staff was amazing! I want to give kudos...like major props from the lady at front desk and the housekeeping manager to the maintenance man! These employees are super helpful and made my stay very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff are the bomb dignity. James was working the night desk and helped my fiance and I out with a great room and even better customer service. The man deserves a raise! It's not too often you run into people that are kind and courteous to out of state strangers! Very clean, good amenities-super close to the new Toyota music factory

Looking for an extremely comfortable bed and a great staff? Stay here! The room was great. The Staff wonderful. Decent breakfast too. The only thing that could be added would be airport shuttle, but even without that I'd choose this place again.

My flight was delayed and we missed our connection. The airline gave us vouchers to a hotel and taxis. These guys were litterly bombarded. They were so professional and calm. The room was superb and the fresh fruit with the breakfast bar made me happy.

Amazing!!!! Beds were super comfy, good treadmill and elliptical, pool and spa all clean and working well! The breakfast had the absolute best options - oatmeal, Chobani yogurts, fresh blueberries, walnuts, two egg options, mini waffle iron, fruits, breads, and real butter! The staff was super kind, cheerful, and helpful!! Wonderful stay!!!

Good size rooms and cleanliness,they have a mini breakfast in the morning.only complain is I wish they had more sound proof windows

Nice hotel, stayed here for three nights. I loved the breakfast! But my favorite part was the fruit water they had available for guests. Thank you! It was also nice to receive a welcome gift for being a marriott rewards member.
