Holiday Inn Express & Suites Irving Conv Ctr - Las Colinas, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and my goodness the breakfast was actually remarkable! You don't typically expect to get a breakfast this good from a hotel but wow! I am full and happy! Wonderful experience and the food was delicious and fresh. The Michelle who working the buffet should get special recognition as she was also very kind and helpful!

The room and bed were very comfortable. There was plenty of parking on site. Breakfast was served in the morning, check posted signs for hours of operation. A coffee station which you can help yourself at all hours of the day and night.

I'm a former Director of Front Office for a 4 Diamond Resort and I know excellent service when I see it; we just stayed overnight as we were passing through. I just want to state that Hannah was great at check in; I'm pretty sure we were the last ones to check in but when I just stated "checking-in" without a missed step, she addressed me by name. That only tells me that she is well aware of what is going on with "her hotel" at that time. Everytime we needed something, she was very friendly and courteous. The room was well maintained, cleaned and with plenty of space. There was a cheerleading competition in town - or at least it looked like it - but the entire staff looked friendly and eager to assist. Complementary breakfast was good and always stocked. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near the Irving Convention Center, it is just a short drive over and for the money you save on the stay, parking, and breakfast you can enjoy so much more fun stuff. Shaista is a welcoming presence at the front desk that makes you feel st home. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a great stay.

Right off the freeway but it’s in a nice and quiet area. The hotel was very well kept. Nice modern elevators. Spacious and clean rooms. Free breakfast included. The dove soap was also a personal favorite of mine. Would return to this property.

Greeted by Shaista at front desk who was extremely friendly and welcoming! Beds super comfortable, room very spacious, shower pressure was superb and breakfast was fabulous! Given the more expensive options in the area, this was definitely worth saving over $100/night and glad we chose to stay here. Would highly recommend!!

We don't particularly look for "Holiday Inn Express" when picking a hotel, but maybe we will in the future. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great every morning, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I want to add that Cordelia, who was at the front desk for the majority of our stay was amazing! She was warm and welcoming, very accommodating, and even remembered us every time we left and came back in. I wish every hotel had a Cordelia!

This place is amazing! The room is very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly. I would like to thank Kate for being awesome and helping us out with our accommodation. She made sure we had a good rest and enjoyed our stay. The hotel also provides great selection of hot breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience and if we are in the area would definitely stay here again.

The folks working here deserve way more than 5 stars. From check in all the way to walking out the door, everyone was so very helpful and friendly. They made the stay a great experience! The king size bed was about the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

I had a lovely one night stay at the Holiday Inn Express- Irving Convention Center. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - Las Colinas in Irving, TX and I had a great experience. The room was very spacious and I love that the bathroom is separate from the shower and sink area. The design of the room is great and I like the kitchen area and there were 2 sinks in the room. I loved how clean the room and the entire hotel was as well. The front staff was nice and helpful, even when I had issue with my key card not working I was provided with a new one. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of variety to choose to eat. I'll highly recommend this hotel, I truly enjoyed my stay!

This place was great! Hospitality is good thanks to everyone that worked the front! Carlos, Bernard, Shiaida and more! Stayed 4 nights and it was relaxing. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The shower and water pressure was perfect! I’ll be here staying here every time I come to TX!

The staff at check in, housekeepers, bartenders, everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. All crew members spoke and greeted in a courteous manner at all times. Check in was smooth and only took about two minutes.

Our room was on the bottom "0" level from, which was newly renovated. While the ice maker didn't work, we didn't need it anyway. There was some painters tape still stuck to a few places, but that didn't have any effect of my comfort level.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was super supportive and the large pillows were excellent.

Not a single noise was heard from any other guests.

No complaints about the bathroom facilities. Good water pressure and temperatures in the shower.

We didn't eat while there, but there was a breakfast available. The breakfast looked very fresh and the area was very well maintained and clean.

The bar is brand new and was not in full functioning order, but it is coming along nicely. We were given free drinks during happy hour with a ticket at check in. The bartenders were very conversational and awesome.

The parking lot was safe and secure. I had no issue leaving my vehicle there.

Check out was a breeze and everything was as expected.

I did forget my wallet in the room when I checked out and writhing two hours, a staff member called me to report it and will be sending it to me Monday.

I have zero complaints and only accolades for this property. It is not perfect and it still being renovated, but everyone is doing their best to provide great service. Keep up the great work and we will stay there again if in the area.
