I have been coming to Dr. Patel fo 2 years. She is the BEST dentist I've ever had over 68 years! She is professional, yet very kind and friendly. She explains everything as she goes along so I am not nervous or confused. In addition, her office staff is caring and considerate. More than once, they have sqeezed me in for an emergency. I highly recommend Cottonwood Dental to anyone who wants to feel safe and secure in their dental care.

I moved to Dallas for college and needed a new dentist and I heard about Dr. Patel through a friend. I absolutely love this office, Dr. Patel and her staff are always so nice and accommodating!

I've had a ton of prior bad experiences with dentists and would definitely classify myself as a difficult, mistrustful patient. Dr. Patel changed my perspective. I recently moved so I'll now have to find a new dentist but I appreciate the patience, honesty and professionalism of Dr. Patel. Would definitely recommend her. There are many doctors who's focus is on profit and it is apparent in their treatment recommendations but Dr. Patel only cares about the patient and their dental health.

Dr. Megha, Pooja and her staff are amazing. Dr. Megha is an exceptional dentist with more than a decade experience knows how to treat critical cases. I have been her patient for a while and did my root canal and wisdom teeth with her. If she feels that you need to be seen by specialist she will recommend and schedule/refer you to them without keeping you in her office with making unnecessary bills. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Patel takes patient care to the highest extent possible as she listens to the need of her patient. I came in for a filling on my two front teeth and was beyond amazed by Dr. Patel's prowess and friendly staff. Dr. Patel ensures patient satisfaction over everything as she made sure that I was satisfied with my bite and filling. I have yet to experience such experiences at a dental office and I assure that you will get the same quality and satisfaction.

Dr. Megha patel is an exceptionl dentist. Highly recommend her. Just had extractions and got my partial dentures and love them. Thank you cottonwood dental.

I've been coming to Dr. Patel for my dental needs for about 2 years and she's awesome. I've had a lot of work done including an implant, crown, extraction, and routine cleanings so I'm pretty familiar with her & her staff. Dr. Patel always explains the process with any treatment and what's to come after each appointment. She's super friendly, easy to talk to, and great at what she does. Her staff are very kind and they will work with any schedule. Highly recommended!

We went for our first appointment today with our 4 year old to see Dr. Patel. She is fantastic! She explained all the procedure and preventive care plan for my daughter. She is a very knowledgeable and understanding. She takes her time and checks the patient. Dr. Patel's staff are also exception. Ms. Rachel called us back and confirmed all our details within seconds of us calling to schedule an appointment. Amazing experience with everyone at Cottonwood Dental.

I always have a great experience when dealing with Dr.Patel. She does a very good job explaining the procedures and ensures I am on board. She is very cost effective. Since I have had many dental issues in the past, I have been to a couple of different practices but I have received full transparent care here. She is very humble and down to earth. I am glad I have found a dentist that I can fully trust for the future!

I just had 10 teeth removed, and a phobia of the dentist is an understatement! Dr. Megha Patel worked with me and was VERY patient with me! She constantly checked in on my pain level. I’m very thankful she is awesome at what she does! I’d recommend her to anyone who’s shy or has a phobia of the dentist! It’s real!!! And she was AWESOME! She’d get a 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Patel and his entire staff are very friendly and helpful. He is very thorough in explaining what's wrong and what my options are. Despite always being nervous to see the dentist, they are always comforting and gentle.

Also, I love the nice, clean office and that they take me in at the time of my appointment so I'm not having to wait!

Very impressed with my first experience today with Dr Patel and staff. I’ve been neglecting my dental care for a few but they didn’t make me feel shamed about it. Dr. Patel spent extensive chair time with me which I was impressed by and am thankful for. I’ve always been cleaned by the technician and the Dr. swoops in after for a quick check and says stay well. I’m a special case with bridge work needing to be done and Dr. Patel immediately coordinated with her staff in office to develop a plan of action. I’m appreciative of the the communication they all clearly share and to have info before leaving the office about my next steps. Active doctor, harmonizing with staff, striving to make an impact = great patient experience. Very glad I went! See you soon Doc!

Thanks Dr. Patel and her staff I am no longer afraid of injections in my mouth. She listens to my concerns and makes sure that I am fully numb before proceeding with the injections. She is one of the best dentists! She has restored my faith in going back to see a dentist. If you don't enjoy getting the injections, I highly recommend you go there, she makes you feel very comfortable and you WILL NEVER FEEL THE NEEDLE going to your mouth! I am always happy going to see her!!

Dr. Patel is amazing! She not only takes care of your teeth, she cares about her patients' lives too. Definitely will continue seeing her for my dental work.

Dr. Patel and his entire staff are wonderful. They are all very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Patel does his very best to ensure that his patients are well cared for. He makes sure that any work he does is completely 100% and that his patients are totally happy with the results. His hygienist and his dental assistants are awesome. They are all very friendly and do a great job!

We just moved to Irving a few months ago and decided to try out Dr. Patel and I must say she is one of the most caring persons I have ever met. She knows exactly what she's doing and definitely makes sure her patients are well taken care of. The staff was amazing as well. Very friendly and helpful!
