Chrysalis kids Preschool

My 3.5 year old has been at this school since he was 2 and he absolutely loves it!!🙌🏼💙
Teachers are sweet and kind, he is always doing fun activities and when I go pick him up he doesn't want to go! Front desk is always kind and have a great attitude, director Melissa is always sweet, respectful and cares for all the students, I definitely recommend this place! ☺☺

After an extensive search and many school tours for the right preschool for our child attending school for the first time a little late as she was stuck at home for 2 years due to covid, we found Chrysalis, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We were worried about how she would adjust to the school, teachers and peers since she did not interact with kids her own age too much for a couple of years, she was eased into the class by very accommodating and caring teachers and staff. She attended the school for 2 years and then moved on to kindergarten. We have met the owner personally a few times and the director Miss Melissa who used to be my daughters teacher is wonderful and very responsive. The teachers, curriculum and staff was great and I couldn't be happier with my experience there!

My baby runs every morning to hug miss Susy because she’s absolutely amazing, it amazes me how she directs circle time / reading time and keeps all the kids engaged. Miss Ysila is very caring and loving, she treated my baby’s diaper rash. Miss Bella does magic getting the kids to sleep. All the staff is amazing, they care and accommodate to any requests. The place is always clean. Can’t go wrong with them.

We love Mrs. Maria in juniors 3 classroom. She is so patient and kind with all of the kiddos. Such a great first school experience for my son.

I currently have an infant here and I absolutely ADORE her teachers and the staff! She started when she was 6wks. Great communication and they all love her so well. Truly such a blessing and peace of mind 🥹

My son loves his school! He goes with enthusiasm everyday because the teachers are so nice and very caring. It is conveniently located and brand new.

The directors have been the absolute best. They work with us with our son and the teachers love him so much. He loves going to school there and we are so grateful to have them.

It’s a good school, my friend’s daughter study and play at here for several months, I can see that she is very happy

The owners of this building are amazing, I can not rave enough how hard they have worked to bring such a vibrant childcare center to the Cross Creek Community.

If there was an option with no star will be better. They don’t deserve 1 star. My son it’s been gone for two weeks with the 2 weeks notice given. He wasn’t even showing up. Then a few days after he’s been gone they send me a bill and even charged me with a summer supply fee knowing he’s not going anymore. Auto pay was even off. We talked to the owner and he said they cannot give us the money back and he came back with nonsense excuses. That’s a very nice way to steel money from people. Very disappointed. I’m pretty sure this happened to more people.

I saw them transferred “ After school “ kids from Amy campbell elementary to their premises by walk. As a parents I don’t feel it’s safe for the kids in many way. I understand this preschool is close by the Campbell school however they must take some protocols in mode of transportation - when it comes to safety purposes for the kids.

I am really disappointed, I loved the facility and wanted to start my daughter the following week, they took my info and said I will receive all the paperwork on my email, the next day I received an acceptance email with the fee reminder. I called the location and spoke to the manager if there was any registration and other paperwork , medical record or something required, she said offcourse they are sending everything. It’s been 3 weeks I didn’t receive anything nor did any call from them if I was going back.. I find this highly non professional and not going back .
