Tim Taylor was our sales person. He didn't pressure us trying to sell what they wanted but guided us and helped us with our needs and wants. He was honest and took his time to make sure were happy with what we needed. The car we got is beautiful and drives like a dream needless to say the best price ever by far.

After being frustrated by looking at dealerships, and finding only basic, over priced cars, we went to Avis. I had purchased my previous car there, and had a great experience, but my husband had never heard of Avis. After choosing our car and completing our financing, my husband exclaimed, "That was easy!" We were both relieved. We got the car we wanted, all of the options and functions we needed, with unbelievable savings. No other used car dealership could come close to the price we received.
Avis has no hassle pricing. Don't expect to have to haggle and debate. They give you their bottom line price from the beginning, and that price is lower than any other dealership, new or used, in the area.
The customer service is great, the sales professionals are kind, considerate, and polite. The atmosphere is relaxed. The cars are nice, well maintained, and there is a variety of options and prices to choose from.
I will never stress over car buying, as long as I keep buying from Avis Car Sales!

After I totaled my BMW 320i, I thought that I wasn’t going to find a car that I liked driving better than the BMW but Scott showed me the VW Jetta. The VW Scott sold me honestly has more features than the BMW that I had bought brand new in 2014. I had previously test drove Toyota’s and Honda’s, but they all felt like I was driving a go cart. Scott listened to what I wanted and he delivered. He promised me I’d be out in 30 minutes or less and I was. A month later, the car is doing great and I’m loving it. No issues, and it drives very similar to my BMW. Thank you Scott!

It was truly a good transaction. Chris was amazing, he had the car ready when we arrived, warmed up ready for test drive. When we went to sign the paper work the gentleman explained everything in detail.

I went to Avis Car Sales Irving to check out a Jeep Compass. I had spoke to Scott Wallace over the phone who assured me I would love the car. I had been to 6 dealerships prior so I was skeptical. He changed the outlook on my car buying experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the car was perfect and the price was great. I love my car. I equally enjoyed the buying experience. Buying from Avis Car Sales was different from any dealer I have ever dealt with. Damon explained the differences over the phone. I knew what to expect when I drove the hour to get there.

The reason I was willing to drive an hour was Damon. I knew exactly what I wanted in the car I was looking for. I asked questions the website didn't provide. I have been lied to by other dealers in the past. Damon left his seat and walked to the car to get the answers. I knew anyone willing to leave a/c in Texas to give a person an honest answer was a person I was willing to drive an hour after work to do business with.

Finally taking the time out to talk about my experience with Abis Car Sales and the wonderful team that helped me secure my first big car purchase. First things first my interactions with Scott were absolutely amazing, he helped me immediately narrow down and figure out exactly which car I wanted and made sure I was getting a great deal. The process was quick painless and above all I loved the feeling of being looked after, I was always skeptical about purchasing cars from dealerships but Scott and the Avis team have given me a breath of fresh air, I’ll be looking forward to communicating with them the next time I need a car!
