A very big Thank you to Nancy Cole for her outstanding customer service and making us feel at home every time as I have been a regular guest at Hyatt Las Colinas TX.

This place is Perfect in every way. Starts off at the front desk with great hospitality. Always greeted with smiles and knowledgeable answers to my questions. Krystal was on point accommodating my needs promptly and professionally. Well kept 24/7 Gym with new equipment. A pully machine rig with cables and accessories with pull-up bar. A dumbell rack fully racked wich seems to be a rare thing since covid and get this. You have a free daily pass to LA fitness with sauna and pool within walking distance for all guests.. In fact everything is in walking distance from this place. Whole foods, Inout burger ,Madeline's, Mediterranean, jersey mikes smoothie place ect right up the road. A shopping plaza legit across the street. Like walk over in morning in slippers to grab a coffee at Starbucks, get a haircut at a fine barber shop. So many restaurants to choose from, 3 breakfast spots to 3 fine dinning plces. Sports bar and also if that wasn't enough a 24/7 poker room.. Also feel very safe here.. Feels like 20 employees are on the property everyday. Well kept grounds with plenty of walking paths. Many parking spots surrounding the entire complex wich your guaranteed to have a spot in front of your room.. Been here for over a month.. Why cause they give out out extend rates. Way cheaper then any Airbnb by far with everything that Airbnb have to offer.. Did I mention the pool, jacuzzi and grills with complimentary cooking utensils. Did I mention the full kitchenette in the rooms. The laundry unit. The morning breakfast buffet with real eggs. Can go on and on.. If you in the Las Colinas area and looking for a place to stay.. This Is The Best Place To Be :)

Room was huge. Water pressure for the shower was great. Only complaint was having not been told a credit card is required that they don't take debit. Front desk was awesome and there are plenty of restaurants across the street to walk to.

Clean and Quiet , ... Complimentary Breakfast was awesome ! ...Very Attentive...GREAT STAFF ! ...I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi ...My grands enjoyed the basketball court.....

Convenient location to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen, and nice staff. The pool is nice, but there are no chaise lounges.

Great hotel! Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was great too. The location is very close to the light rail station. Will be back!

Rooms were basic but included everything 1-3 people would comfortably need for an extended stay (including a full kitchen and small walk in closet). Everything was clean, and pricing was reasonable. The highlight of my stay was Nancy in reception, she was very sweet and it's people/service like that who will make me come back next time I visit TX.

The is my first time here and I'm staying 2 nights. I have to admit the place is a little old, but that makes it interesting. My room was at the back. It actually faces a lake area. Woke up to birds singing. Got a perfect sleep. No noise. I was able to get the room dark. Everything works and it is clean. No complaints. Staff has been super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. This place is a value find.

Chris and his staff are amazing. They made a chaotic work trip so much easier. The rooms are wonderful and the property is beautiful. It’s my first time in Texas and thanks to the staff at this location I would be more than happy to come back on a personal trip.

Lots goung on at hyatt place. Nancy was overwhelmed with 6 people in lobby, 2 people on phone and was still able to help us. She cared and we appreciated her help.

We are trying to be classy, but you wanna get ratchet at the same time they will definitely extend the low-key my favorite place to turn up in Irving

I've visited this location many times and have always had pretty good service. But this time, the service went through the roof!! Chris made sure everything I needed was taken care of. He even spent extra time trying to make sure I was in an accommodating room. This place really is a second home for me now. I hope to see Chris's smiling face my next visit ☺.

The staff was very accommodating! Chris was kind, polite and took great care of ours needs at check out. Angela the General Manager addressed our concerns fast and she was kind and professional.

The location was wonderful. We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The location had many restaurants nearby as well as shopping. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the pool. The place was clean and rooms were quiet. We enjoyed our stay and not far from the airport as well.

The staff on the front desk went above and beyond to help me resolve an unusual issue post checkout. Thank you so much to both these incredible ladies.

Great place, and the location is right down the block from the DART for public transportation. Breakfast was excellent. Had something from everyone, and my wife is a vegan.

More than a hotel. The staff sets this property apart from others. Housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front desk/management are all customer focused, friendly, and helpful. Great location, peaceful atmosphere. Very comfortable accommodations.

Stayed here for a weekend wedding. They had 1 bedrooms at reasonable prices, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was included which had an omelette station, thought that was a good plus. Service was very good, friendly. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean. The 1 bedrooms have a full kitchen, which is great if you wanted to do your own cooking. With plates, cups and all. They had a basketball court, swimming pool and a small fitness gym. Overall, nothing to complain about.
