Chais was amazing. We were looking for a truck for our 16 boy. No one tried pressuring us into buying a truck. Let test drive everything and told us to keep looking elsewhere and gave us his card and told us to call him if we wanted to come back we did the next week and bought the truck. I bought a jeep grand cherokee from here, it had a couple small problems and a check engine light came on shortly after purchasing it.
I told them of these problems and they fixed all them and didn't charge me any extra! now the car runs great.
I still havent owned it for a while but I'm hopeful that this is a good car and will last a long time. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

Super experience at AutoHaven! Sales rep Chais was very helpful and earnestly worked to make it happen for us.

For example, one car we looked at didn’t have a donut spare tire. When I mentioned that Chais said he would take care of that and get us a replacement. Another dealer across town the same thing happened, but when I texted them about the missing donut spare tire, they never answered for a couple of days and when they did, they thanked us for coming in and not to forget about their $50 shell gas card if we purchased a vehicle. How about answering my question about the donut spare tire? Chais and AutoHaven are the real deal and we’re very approachable about anything about their vehicles. They earned our business! Thank you!

Great experience and they made the whole process was incredibly smooth. The staff was very friendly and not pushy on the sale. They even filled the car up for me and gave me a box of chocolates in a thank you bag. You can't deny they make a strong effort to make a positive impression on every car sale. Would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
I can't comment on how long the car would last, being that I just purchased it yesterday. But so far the car is working very well with no issues.
