SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport East/Las Colinas Irving

At this price point, it’s perfect for our purpose of staying one night during my son’s basketball tournament. Very clean and fantastic service. The manager was very understanding and helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong room. Indoor pool and fitness room available + breakfast. All in all, 5/5 bang for your buck when traveling solo or with the kids.

Great stay!!! Very clean & comfortable room. The room had a sitting area & good size bathroom. Fridge & microwave. We used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel as our flight was delayed. The had a small area to buy small meals, like frozen or microwave dinners. The ladies at the desk suggested taking the free shuttle to get dinner- that was a great idea!! The shuttle dropped us off & once I called for us to be picked up, he was back in a couple minutes. This was a nice option as a it was an unplanned stop. They were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best!! Hot food!! A waffle maker, 2 kinds of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, muffins.. beverages, yogurt. Very nice hotel- I will definitely put Springhill Suites at the top of my list of hotels if I'm travel in an area they are in. Great location too!

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional because of Greg Escauriza. We initially had an issue with our room, once we brought it to the attention of Asia (Awesome front desk team member), Greg went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
Way to go Greg and Asia! Great service goes a long way! Great breakfast also.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SpringHill Suites in Las Colinas, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

Special thanks to the shuttle bus driver and front desk service. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to airport on the round hours everyday. We took an 8 AM bus to the airport with one luggage bag left behind on a sofa table near the front desk. Communicated with hotel and thanks to their quick response, the driver brought the luggage back in time.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. The manger is above board in every way. The breakfast was good every morning and not just on the weekends. This SpringHill suites just upgraded to have a couple of 2 room suites. It was amazing. The space was perfect for my wife and I and our four little kids. The reason I don’t want to leave this review is I want to keep this a secret! But the hotel and management did such a perfect job that I had to leave one.

Thank you for being helpful, even when my kids called down for cups! They treated us all with great respect and courtesy.

Breakfast was very nice. Room was neat and clean. Staff were pleasant. Always stay here when I am in town.

Great place near DFW and everyone working here is extremely nice and helpful. Came for 2 night biz trip then had flight canceled due to weather. They made very last minute accommodations very late at night to get me a place to stay and were so gracious the whole time. Pool is a nice plus as well as breakfast. Folks working the bar were fantastic. I would happily come back here.

Rooms are spacious beds were soft everyone here is very nice hot breakfast highly recommend will definitely come back

Hotel appears to be newly renovated and still in process of being renovated but we did not notice any noise or disruption during our stay. Lobby area was very nice and inviting. Breakfast was above average for hotel breakfast. Location was close to everything we needed. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All staff members that we encountered were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, especially Greg, who was outstanding in his service.

Excellent hotel. Close to the airport, and easy to reach downtown (or anywhere really, good highway access) from! The area itself is calm which was nice to have, and there’s some stores nearby for convenience (will probably need a car though)

I got stranded in Dallas after my connecting flight was cancelled. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to and from the hotel. Unfortunately, the shuttle was also cancelled due to road conditions and I had to take an Uber.
The hotel is being renovated (February 2023) so expect some construction, especially around the common areas and reception.
The room was comfortable albeit a little outdated.
What gives this place the five stars is the staff. They were kind, attentive, and helpful. Many of them stayed in the hotel and were working when I went to bed and they were still working when I left.

This is an older property but it's going through renovations. The Lobby is already done and some of the furnishings in the rooms have been upgraded. Bed was great. The staff is wonderful - every person with whom I interacted made a positive impression. And the food is top notch amongst Springhill Suites. Location is great for Las Colinas or Irving areas.

Perfect place for my cousin and me to stay. My cousin is disabled and requires a mobility accessible room with a roll in shower and all that good stuff. Finding hotels with 2 double or queen beds and a roll in shower is not easy! She is prone to falls so she can't be left alone for more than a 10 minutes at a time. The sofa was her spot to lay out her suitcase, get dressed and eat her breakfast and snacks. I loved that there was a sink and upper storage cabinet by the microwave and mini fridge. The staff were all excellent and so kind and accommodating. They placed us on the second floor just steps from the elevator and ice maker and it was easy for me to get downstairs and grab us some breakfast to bring back to the room. Ample parking and easy access to major highways and roads. But the best part was that this hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. We hope to come back again in the spring. Thank you!

This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at. Extremely well managed. Friendly employees. Impeccably clean. Overall, I like the rooms very much. My wife and I stayed and I have come to the conclusion that these rooms are most suited toward solo business travelers. The bathroom area is only suitable for one person at a time.

A pleasant experience!
A group of our team members stayed made at the hotel for a yearly meeting hotel was clean, comfortableand most of all the staff was very helpful. We needed help getting our large group to an evening event. Giovanni our Van driver offered to take us without hesitation. Even offered to pick us back up close to the cutoff time, this insured we had a pretty good time safely. We will stay at this hotel again while we're in town! Above and beyond customer service is hard to find nowadays great job

The hotel is kinda isolated but that in itself is good. It has a bar inside after a long day of work you would definitely get a drink. As usual it has complimentary breakfast. The rooms was nice and comfortable sadly I wasn't told they had ongoing renovation so that made my sleep short. Pretty good place to stay again in my book.

Had a pleasant stay with family! We had few issues at room, reported it to front desk staff and was taken care. Front desk staff were really awesome and helpful. We liked the breakfast and staff at the breakfast section were very friendly and helpful. They greeted everyone with smiling face and made sure the tables were clean all the time! Rooms looked old and little small!
