Texican Court

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the courtyard and the kids had a blast. We enjoyed the restaurants. The hotel was clean and the service was great.
I wouldn’t suggest this hotel if you have small children that still need a mid-day nap. They have a DJ at the pool area that can get loud. Also, if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t suggest it. People are up super early and stay up late. Many people enjoying outside, so it’s not your typical hotel. Great for families with older kids and college kids.

Attractive landscaping. Thoughtfully designed rooms. Quiet and clean. Lovely staff. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommended - I wasn't expecting a hotel with so much personality in the middle of an otherwise suburban-seeming office development area.

DART light rail is nearby but I couldn't find a way from the station to the property without walking on the road, because the sidewalk is currently closed for a big construction project.

The on-site restaurant, unfortunately, was poor and I wouldn't recommend it.

This place was such a relief after I was stuck in DFW for a night due to a cancelled flight. The very large rooms were super stylish and cute and the hotel grounds were also nice. Really good cost to value ratio. It was also convenient that there was a fun restaurant with somewhat decent food on the premises.

This place is special. Beautiful attention to detail. Despite being in the middle of busy, bustling Las Colinas, the environment is peaceful and relaxing. The bar and restaurant on site are both excellent and have really good Happy Hour specials. I took a dip in the pool and really soaked up the atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and added a nice touch to the overall experience. Come check it out!

I travel to Irving often for work, and this is my first time staying at the Texican Court and definitely not my last. I have found my new home away from home. I can’t say enough good things about my stay. I enjoyed it all. The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and most important the comfortable bed! I like that a restaurant and bar are within the hotel so I didn’t need to leave the premises. I look forward to coming back!!!!

Very cute rooms, love the open court with yard games to play. This is our second time staying here and will continue to choose to stay here.

They added a parking fee this year which caught us off guard- it was $10 a day uncovered.
Pool has a fun DJ and drinks on the weekends. Two restaurants within walking distance. The music factory is within 5 min and highway access is easy! Just don’t miss the right exit like we do everywhere in Dallas!

We had a company meet & greet here. It was great! The food was amazing and the staff was beyond helpful! I would 100% recommend this hotel for an event. I had several attendees stay at the hotel, and I received nothing but compliments.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay at Texican Court. I started planning my trip back before I'd even left! It was the coolest experience, in a place totally new to me. The cantina staff was so sweet, the live music, bonfire pits, and pool were more than I could've ever asked for. I was astonished at all the amenities the place had to offer. There are a bunch of little restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. I traveled solo for my birthday to explore and was so comfortable, safe, and secure staying at Texican Court. I have recommended it to many many people since! I guarantee this is the place to stay if you want a unique, stay experience in Texas!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The grounds are maintained professionally. The vibe here is laid back, scenic and accommodating. We stayed over the weekend for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. It was an epic experience and we are excited to hopefully visit again 🔜 🎶🌵🍷

The Irving marathon brought us here and my family and I absolutely loved our stay. The Texican has such a unique vibe. Fun, friendly, and overall well thought out! I read some reviews with complaints about no hot water, beds being uncomfortable, only one elevator but none of that was an issue for us. We really enjoyed our stay and if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Had an absolutely lovely little stay-cation. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable! Very quaint little mex/ranch vibe.. seems like something out of a cool movie. The courtyard is adorable with little games and a ton of different seating areas with little fire pits at almost each one. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. Fitness center was very good (according to my husband) pool area is cute- they have the built in loungers in the beach front area .. Staff was incredible- from the receptionists to the maintenance workers, folks in the bar and cantina, I highly recommend. We stayed there with a large group for a retreat and they were so incredibly accommodating. I will not only he back- but also recommend to anyone staying in the area

Great location, right in the middle of the Toyota Music Factory area. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms are quirky Western style. There's a bar and a restaurant (also with a bar) on-site. The pool is a good size. Very easy to get to and from DFW, perhaps around 10 minutes by Uber. Mini fridge in room (which is actually not mini at all) is always stocked for drinking, but there's enough room to add your leftovers. There's a small freezer spot, but I usually don't expect much from those. In-fridge Beers are priced reasonably to what you would pay at the bar, but the minis seem high to me. There's also a selection of snacks in the room, but read the provided price list before you decide to binge or booze.

This was our second time staying at Texican Court. The first time we chose the Texican, but this time we were happy to know we'd gotten booked there for a business trip. We love staying here since it is such a relaxing place!!

With Salt Tequila Bar and the Two Mules Cantina, you have no need to venture away from the hotel, but if you do, there are plenty of other great restaurants within a short walk.

An extremely well-run facility, with excellent and engaging staff, in a fun environment.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It began with the wonderful valet, Yuly, who was so pleasant and professional. The front staff was very kind and energetic. The decor of the facility is fun and quirky but extremely well done and honors the dynamic artistic heritage of Texas. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and stylish. I loved the shower... honestly...perfect. The food was excellent, and the fitness facility had everything I needed. Honestly, I am so glad I chose this over the Westin. The thing I noticed was how every single staff member I came across was pleasant, kind, and engaging. That is a sign of great leadership at a hotel. My trip ended like it started, with Yuly bringing up my vehicle very quickly, and then, as I was leaving, she gifted me a bottle of cold water for the road. She understands guest service and should be elevated to more roles at this facility. Seriously, this is how you should be operating a hotel!

I really want it to take the time to share that Texican by Valencia Hotel Group it was the most perfect place with the perfect atmosphere over Las Colinas , we had a Proposal and this place and was absolutely beautiful for such a special occasion! Great location, beautiful and clean rooms , beautiful hotel , the only little thing was that they had only one bartender at the sarape bar and it was taking us longer to have our drinks on time but overall was such a beautiful experience, great service , Alysha / Alicia was the one prompt to contacted me back to tour the hotel and helped me with all the easy process, she had a great customer service.
We definitely was so satisfied with everything at Texican … highly recommended 💯

My husband and I absolutely loved our time at the Texican Court!! Such a fun, chic, and luxe boutique hotel perfect for a couple's get away, bachelorette/bachelor party, family vacation, etc! There's something there for everyone! The staff are incredibly kind and made sure we were comfortable our entire stay. We loved our gorgeous room and all of the thoughtful touches. We had a great experience dining at the restaurant and hanging out in the outdoors spaces! We were so sad to have to leave after three nights. We will definitely be back in the summer when the pool is open!! Definitely recommend staying here!

The Texican Court proved to be the ideal location for our recent business retreat. We booked for a group of 16 business partners who were flying in for training and team-building activities. From the very beginning, the Texican Court staff was incredibly professional and responsive. Coordinating busy schedules and travel logistics can be a challenge, but the Texican Court team made it seamless. I stayed at the Texican during Texas Frightmare Weekend. We had a great time. The courtyard area is awesome and so are the rooms. My wife and I will be staying at the Texican again this summer for a staycation.

Stylish, spacious & spectacular - this boutique hotel is a great getaway spot for those living in the city or traveling from out of town. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a welcoming front desk staff & offered a beer or water. The outdoor courtyards are perfect for hanging out with friends in the fall weather. The rooms were bigger than anticipated and included cute, colorful robes and a very nice walk-in shower with custom mosaic tile. Loved all the details of this hotel and would come back again!

Incredible hotel! If you want a slice of New Mexico in Texas, this is the spot. From the stunning building, to the impeccable landscaping, and the wonderful service, this is the spot. We were only there a short time but will definitely be back!
