I was a little weary when I first showed up because of how small this place was. I ended up not buying a car, but everyone I met was very helpful, polite and honest. One of the guys there did his best to help me find a car I might like. It took a little while but we found something. Then I met a very nice but straightforward lady named Veronica. It took a few hours to see if I could qualify for a lone, but my income and score were just too low. Even though I ended up not getting a car, no one was rude or treated me differently and Veronica even took the time to try to help me with some tips on bringing my credit up. I’ve been to a LOT of dealerships, but no one’s been so nice or taken the time to help as much as they did here. 5 stars all the way!!!

The Manager Was Great She Explained everything from the beginning to the End even shared tips on improving my credit I was happy with the service she made sure everything on my car was working properly. I would recommend this Company to others!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Challenger a couple of months ago and It’s been the best deal ever. The car drives amazing, no issues at all, really good tires and brakes on it.

I've definitely switched from a Jeep buyer to a Toyota owner. I live in Dallas, but travel to Irving because of the great service offered at this location. I read all of these reviews positive and negative. I went to the car lot, inspected and test drove the car I wanted. Like all car it had minor cosmetic issues, but no major transmission nor engine defects.Veronica and Kaya fully disclosed my car’s history.
I bought a 4 year warranty for my car for cheaper than a franchise dealership. Thanks for my car!!!

My whole experience as a first time car buyer was great! I had a dilemma of not having a Texas ID, but Kaya and Veronica worked with me. I found their lot through google,gave a call, went the same day (Wednesday) for a test drive and that Friday was driving home. I am truly so grateful! Veronica herself really worked with me through the whole process. Explained everything in terms I could understand. She got me a great deal and was able to get me financed, although my credit wasn't the best. I already recommended TRTex to a couple of people who are looking into a new vehicle. My coworker is already on her way. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle with no games or gimmicks, i highly would suggest giving them a call! You will not be disappointed.

DISCLAIMER: I ended up not buying a car at this dealership for personal financial reasons. That being said, I was very satisfied with the customer service at Trtex Auto Group. I had a lengthy conversation with one of the employees (Veronica) about the vehicle I was inquiring about and she was very informative and polite. Overall she provided me with excellent customer service and even gave me some insightful advice for life! Additionally their prices seemed very fair, and they were straightforward with me which I always appreciate. While I can't confirm nor deny accusations made by other reviewers, my experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

So I purchased my vehicle from here that I saw online. They don't disclose online that all the vehicles had some sort of minor damage on them, but they do tell you upfront in person at the lot. They will disclose with you exactly where and what was done to it. This why the prices are so low for the vehicles with a clean title and low mileage. All the vehicles that we looked at were mechanically sound, but for the owners I ask that you ensure proper fluids are in all vehicles. One of the vehicles I looked at was missing antifreeze, that's an easy fix to give positive reinforcement the vehicle is good to a new customer. I definitely will be coming back in a couple years when I need a new car. Will also be telling all my friends in the DFW area looking for a good Toyota or Honda at an amazing price.

After being turned down by 4 different places I found this gem of a dealership! When I tell you I didn’t have to lift an absolute finger I mean it! Veronica is absolutely amazing and I will send every person I know to trtex auto for the rest of my life!

Couldn’t have gone with anyone else, Incel the owner and Veronica were always available and great at what they do. Even shipped my car with no problem 600 miles, if you shop with TRTEX you’re no doubt in good hands!

Note that this a USED CAR LOT! So nothings perrrrfect BUT Kaya will make sure he gets your car running right. He is a little indian man with swag !! They dont wanna take your car they will work with you through hard times like family. And veronica the front desk girl is great at explaining and breaking down any question or concern. Plus she fineee! If your going to get a car or finance a car id get it here and tell anyone else to come here. Im on my second car from them and everything is smooth as butter !!!!-!
