Essence House Cafe

Great little restaurant! This place has a homie vibe and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is made fresh and it’s delicious. Very filling portions and pretty good pricing as well. The milkshakes are pretty good but they are artificially flavored not a super fan of that but still could drink mine. All the food we tried was very good. Parking wasn’t a problem and wait to get seated wasn’t too bad. Overall a great experience so glad we came into this restaurant. Will definitely be returning!

Delicious food, quick service, and a pretty diverse menu make this a spot that I’ll be back to. Sort of a fast diner feel in terms of the service, but a homey aesthetic warms it up a notch.

It doesn’t hurt that they don’t have much competition nearby! It seems too simple, but the toast and jelly were perfectly satisfying accompaniments to my Mexican omelette. With an egg allergy, I usually get weird looks when I order an “omelette but sub the eggs for potatoes.”

After some back and forth about how he couldn’t do that in the ordering system, the young man figured out a way.

My son and wife also enjoyed theirs. The chalk and sign art is the cherry on top for me. So creative.

We had a delightful breakfast at this small Cafe. You order at the rest of the cafe, then find a table... It have your wife hold the table while you go up and order.

I had French Toast, bacon, and a bonus breakfast taco. Had I known how big the entree was, I would have slipped the taco. The toast was huge and littered with strawberries and blueberries. It was very good. The bacon was crisp without being burned. The taco was very large and the chorizo was delicious.

My wife struggled to finish her Pecan Waffle. It was large as well. Her sausage was tasty indeed, just a wee bit crumbly.

Our friends had a Red Omelet which he enjoyed, while she had the Club Sandwich.

Good was uniformly delicious, service was fast and efficient. This is a well-run place.

I’ve been here several times now, and it’s always awesome. The people are extremely friendly, the food is great, and it can be healthy if you want. Cool atmosphere and good coffee to boot. Throw in an almond danish and thank me later. Ugh, so good.

Planned to stop for coffee and stayed for the breakfast taco and atmosphere. Coffee is good, dark roast, smooth, and hits the spot. I have an egg allergy and rarely find a place that offers filling alternative ingredients. The pastries look enticing. I'm excited to come back to try all the things I want to eat here.

this was such a sweet experience, me and my boyfriend went here for brunch and the cashier was working patiently with a worker with a disability, no issue for me either but it was her patience and kindness that made me super happy. I am glad there’s no discrimination. a nice place to stop and the shake was AMAZING and their coffee was delicious

All their food it’s amazing! Whatever you order it’s going to be good. Coffee is also good. Pretty quiet too.

A friendly atmosphere! Love the colors and artwork inside. I Had a delicious breakfast plate. The service was just perfect! I want to thank the whole staff ,yall keep up the great work!

It was so good! The latte was great but the breakfast was worth returning for again and again. The people were so busy on a Saturday morning but we were served quickly and nicely. We sat outside with our dog and they brought her water.

We love this place for breakfast! Such a great variety of different things to choose from. Really enjoy the breakfast tacos and omelettes! My son loves their cookies and croissants!

Hope it is around for a long time to come! Love the old school feel of it on the town square!

This was my first time at Essence House Cafe and I must say it was an awesome experience. The staff and the food was terrific. Not to mention the Strawberry Shortcake that I had oh my God it was amazing! If you are ever in the Fulshear area I recommend you stopping by and trying this place out.

Another gem in Fulshear, Tx. This is a great spot for breakfast. The staff is awesome and the food is fabulous. Their meat lover's omelette may just be the best I've had.

I specially ordered a full Italian cream cake for a bridal shower from Essance. Not only was it ready on time and looked beautiful, but it was delicious as well. Huge hit with the guests! Thank you to everyone who helped making my friend's bridal shower extra special and delicious!

I don’t even know what to say about this place except….OMG….life changing pancakes. A gem in Fulshear that you need to venture out and try. The strawberry short stack is amazing.

Every time we go for breakfast or brunch their food is always tasty. They have a variety of drinks to cater for everyone: All sorts of Coffee, I love the herbal tea where you can see the herbs steeped into your little teapot and not to forget their yummy fruit smoothies. My favorite is their Sohosando Tacos which has a good amount of protein and fiber with veggies and comes along with a beautiful spicy sauce. Essence house cafe breakfast is also our go to option with bacon or sausage, their pancakes are nice and fluffy (wish they added banana pancakes to their menu)

We will definitely come back to Essence House Cafe when in town. Food was delicious, service was fabulous and the atmosphere was welcoming. This is definitely a Hidden Gem.
