Always a helpful and friendly experience here. They are a little higher priced than the big chains but I would rather shop local and receive better service for a little extra.

Awesome service from the second I walked in.

Greeted right up front and asked what I was looking for. Today it was a 5/16 24 tpi tap that neither of the two larger stores had yet they had it and many more then they did.

Staff was great and friendly. Store was very clean and well stocked with a wide variety of items.

Parking was easy and not an issue.

Do not over look this store for your needs.

I went to go price a hedge trimmer.

Picked up a few other items that I needed to install a waterline.

I'll be returning to this location in the future, for more materials and equipment!

Super knowledgeable and friendly employees. It’s a much faster trip than running out to Lowe’s or Home Depot. You can check in app or call ahead to see if they have what you need.

Called Ace Handyman Services to repair the sheetrock in my house. Did a great job! Even match the paint to the point where you don't even notice it. Thank you Chance Burton and Ace Handyman Services crew!

This place is always great, but today was particularly memorable. There was an employee there, a former teacher who showed my special needs son a great deal of kindness. I wish I had gotten his name. Sometimes it’s just the kindness of strangers that means the most.

Traveled an hour to the store on a Saturday morning looking for a discontinued product after seeing on their online store that they had 3 in stock. The product wasn’t actually there, and I came away empty-handed, but each employee who was working that morning helped search high and low for it until we all gave up. Everyone was polite and helpful - excellent service!

This little gem is hidden behind the main road but so worth it. Everyone was beyond friendly. Gave me great advice on lawn care items. They have a wide variety of items and should have almost anything you would need.

Great place to stop by for your Handyman needs!!! If they don't have it, they help you to locate it.

I love ACE for the fact they are always close to you and they have items that you wont find at big box retailers. Its definitely nice to make a 10 minute trip vice a 40 minute one to Home Depot. ACE Hardware's are usually locally owned and its nice to support people in the local business community. Just remember that they are close by when you need an item at the most important time!

OMG. These guys know what customer service is about! It was a great pleasure to see that there is still customer oriented businesses in today's day and age. I showed up today right before closing. Everyone was helping other customers but made sure to acknowledge my presence and even tried to guide me to what I needed. When it was clear that I was in over my head trying to match threads on a water pump. Everyone came to the rescue and even after closing time waited on me until we found the right adapters. I was able to install the pump 10 minutes later and all worked great!!! Great experience that I will be talking about for a long time! This one store really is the helpful place!!! Thank you guys!!!

This fulshear location has to be the most customer service driven store I’ve ever walked into. Every employee, every time, without fail, they go above and beyond. And I’ve never once had to look for someone to assist, they come find you, beginning at the door.

If you want an old town feel and a friendly place to get help then come to this ace hardware !

The only down side to this ace location is the garden center! its small and they don’t have a great plant selection. They need more plants . Don’t have to have a big garden center to carry small color flowers lol

A nice, new looking Ace Hardware store. It has a small gift shop area near the entrance. Sales associates offered assistance and were helpful and friendly. They had a small but nice amount of Christmas ornaments and other gifts.

Love Ace stores. Their Christmas decorations are absolutely beautiful . Mostly traditional some modern. Overall their stores are great for all items. Staff was super friendly and enough staff there to help you with your needs. I can't believe I did not take any photos. If you need C-9 bulbs this is your place . The have boxes of bulbs LED or incandescent. They have bulk Christmas strings so you can get exact length. I have never seen that in Lowes or Home Depot. Different size lawn stakes. If you need exterior lighting for your home go here. You can probably out do Clarke Griswold.

I’ve lived in Fulshear for 40 years and I was very happy to see an investment come to town that wasn’t another place to eat. Its a very nice new store and the attendants are friendly and helpful. If you need something they don’t stock, just order it and it will arrive within a few days for pickup. Thanks for bringing a real hardware store to Fulshear.

Purchased a traeger pro 34 as a gift for my husband online to be picked up on a Wednesday from the store. They called me Wednesday letting me know it hadn’t come in, and would be in on Friday. Still didn’t come in, my husband even called to see what was going on since it was supposed to come in on Wednesday. We understand covid has things all messed up. Come Saturday they had built it at the store and delivered to our house early in the afternoon! Even included a free bag of pellets due to delay! I really appreciated them getting this done in a prompt way. Great customer service overall!
