My experience was absolutely AMAZING! I prayed before I went and the Lord gave me a double portion of his goodness!!! Not only was the dealership AMAZING but my sales person Patrick was more of a friend than a individual representing a sale! Let me just say I have a directors meeting next month and I'm voting Genesis to be our new company vehicle! I plan on returning very soon! May God continue to Bless this dealership and all its staff! Don't take my word go experience the Love for yourself and come back and thank me later!!!

Five stars just isn’t enough. If you would like a car buying experience with unmatched customer service, run (don’t walk) to Freeman Hyundai. I was lucky enough to have an experience that spanned four days, not because there was anything wrong, but because they were working tirelessly on my behalf.
Wednesday after a long day at work, I decided to stop in at Freeman Hyundai. I was met outside by my new bff, Herman, who has walked side-by-side with me through this entire process. Not only did he put up with my independent (yet spoiled) self, but he made my car buying experience very smooth and quite pleasant. He was/is a text or call away. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Not once did I feel like just a business transaction. He genuinely wanted me to be happy.
The particular vehicle I wanted was not at Freeman, but Trent, the General Sales Manager, immediately started looking for the (very specific) vehicle I wanted. Trent too was very personable. I was able to speak with him directly, which is rare because he came out to interact with me and to make sure all was well. That’s rare, but I’m grateful. I stopped in Thursday after work just to show them how serious I was about being their customer, although my vehicle still hadn’t been found. While I waited, Lisa, the friendly face that greeted me every time I walked in, made me some fresh coffee and made sure I didn’t need anything while I waited.
Within 24 hours of my initial visit, Herman and Trent found exactly what I wanted. Friday after the rain passed, Mr. Boe drove to Oklahoma to pick it up, and I was able to pick up my new baby Saturday after it was inspected and detailed.
I’d also like to give a shoutout to Rodney, the money man. He too contributed to my lovely experience. Although we hadn’t found my car Wednesday evening, he made sure I had financing before I left Wednesday night, so that part would be over by the time my desired car was located. He proved himself to be more than the Finance Manager. He kept me up to date on the vehicle search and delivery just as much as Herman, my favorite New Vehicle Salesman/BFF, did. I felt like I’d known him forever too.
The last person I’d like to acknowledge is Patrick. He treated me with kindness every single day even though I wasn’t his customer. He put the cherry on top of my experience when he volunteered himself for a photoshoot of me and my vehicle. He took some amazing shots and videos.
Again, my experience was top tier and will forever be hard to beat. I am glad I made the decision to stop by Wednesday evening.

Wonderful Experience, Johnny Taylor was 100% complete from start to finish for some major work that took 1 month to finish, replacing my old with a brand new engine, compressor, blower, starter and other odds and ends. He remained cheerful and patient as always over this lengthy one month ordeal making sure to always keep me updated ahead of time. He made sure everything was covered under warranty so I hardly paid anything out of my own pocket. In addition, even with me owing $27,000 on my G70 again due to his professional knowledge, I can retail my car this moment and PROFIT by a good $15,000 even being upside down. If you are a Hyundai or Genesis customer from Freeman in Irving and need special attention given to your favorite vehicle, though all in service are also excellent, do call Johnny Taylor, after you meet him, only then you'll know you're in the very best hands possible. 👍 👍

Recently I went to Genesis of Irving to lease a new car. My experience was flawless from the initial chat conversation online that lead to Tori from Sales calling me within hours of my initial inquiry. Tori was diligent and knowledgeable set up a same day appointment and was ready when I arrived. She was friendly kind and made sure all my questions were answered. Once I made my choice Thaddeus walked me through the financing process making sure to once again get me answers for my questions. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my new lease.

Our salesman, Herman, and our Finance Manager, Rodney, were both amazing. We purchased our GV60 Performance from them and we could not have been happier. They made the process painless, transparent, and extremely easy.

I’m very pleased with the service I rec’d on my vehicle. It was done timely and correctly and the service personnel was easy to contact and responsive. Additionally the valet service worked quite well with the valet showing up as scheduled on each occasion.

I always tend to get a headache when the time comes for a new vehicle. Just thinking about dealership experiences gives me a migraine. It was a Godsend that I ended up working with Tori. I had delays on getting to the dealership and couldn't decide on the color of the vehicle. I was getting worn out so I could just imagine how she felt. I have to say, each time I texted or called Tori, she was always very understanding, courteous and thoughtful. Wow, how the car buying experience has changed!

Eat car buying experience I have ever had. Tori Cuevas was the best most honest and professional sales person I have ever met. And Steven VanLooy was amazing as the finance manager. I got the best price I could possible get. I’ll never shop anywhere else for a car.

First time at this location, my experience was fantastic. Staff was great. Service on the vehicle was great. My experience at Freeman Genesis of Irving was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! William was my sales guy and he was SO wonderful!! I can be a bit annoying and persistent when I find a car that I want and William was there for me throughout the entire process. It can also be quite intimidating being a woman buying a car but I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. This dealership knows how to run an impeccable business and I will be a customer for life. I purchased the new electric GV60 and traded in my Tesla and I am in love. This little SUV has soooo many bells and whistles that I can’t wait to learn them all. Please get your butt over to Freeman Hyundai/Genesis of Irving- I promise you won’t regret it!

The salesman Mr. Jim Pilarski was outstanding, the car I wanted was not in the state of Texas, but Jim did not let that stop him from finding one for me in Missouri. The dealership, with a nudge from Jim, proceeded to work out a way to get me the car! I am very grateful for the effort that was made for customer satisfaction. Nora Blackmon, the finance manager was also great to work with, thank you all !

They were able to get my car in later in the morning even on a day they were way backed up and still had it down early the next morning. I was very happy with my entire experience!

By all rights they probably should have turned me away or made me wait for the better part of the day...

I spent years in the car business with BMW and several other brands. Genesis of Erving has a level of service you'd expect when buying a 6 figure plus automobile and not one costing less than $50k...

We've always had our G90 serviced at the dealership since we bought it. Tried Freeman Hyundai for the 1st time for servicing. I was apprehensive because I was accustomed to quality service at our original dealership. Freedom made a real effort to make us feel comfortable. We were welcomed and were made aware upfront of what type of service was needed and the possible cost. The service timeframe was on point and there were no surprises. The service agent was knowledgeable and friendly. We're glad we choose Freeman Hyundai as our new dealership to service our G90.
