Purchased a white fireplace Tv stand new in the box. Yes the response is short and sweet and straight to the point. Can you imagine the amount of text and call they get from facebook from people all over hunting for a deal? This isn’t Neman Marcus were you expect 5 star customer service and a nice atmosphere. You are looking for a deal be realistic with your expectations. They offer great quality products and at a significantly reduced price! I’m a serious bargain shopper! The description was exactly what I received. I am the one who is always paranoid about being scammed. I drove an hour to get there from Frisco and sat outside for another hour just to be safe lol. The woman who was messaging responded quickly to every question and the gentleman there was also very nice. Yes this warehouse is in the middle of no where and yes it is jammed packed with boxes… SO WHAT? They have a ton of inventory and I got a fireplace unit I have been searching for , for over a month brand new for cheap! My kids and I assembled it no problem and it is PERFECT! White with color changing fireplace and glass shelves that also light up. Everything was new, not one scratch and everything works. SO THANKFUL! I will buy from you guys again, keep finding us those great treasures! Thank you again so much! I wish your business nothing but success!

Found this company via a Facebook Marketplace listing. The item was a Walmart brand that was around half the price of the Walmart website. Aside from the box being a bit beat up, everything seems to work fine so far. The person we communicated with was helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The only minor "issue" is the actual store/warehouse was a sight to behold, to put it lightly lol. I don't think I've ever been somewhere as disheveled as this place, but the guy helping us was able to find the item and it all went pretty well.

There very few great customer service and great prices when it comes to furniture companies but I can say with all honesty this is the only family environment you can appreciate 🙏🙏

Super rude unprofessional staff. Found them on Facebook marketplace. They have numerous accounts listing items. It states in their description clearly to message them to verify availability. When I messaged, the lady was very rude. She never answered my questioned about the item or whether it was available. She got mad that I asked her again and blocked me. Do not purchase from here. Terrible staff.
