I'm rating 5 stars because of the GREAT customer service I recieved from Jamila (hope I'm spelling her name correctly). This young lady was very patient, helpful, and kind in my quest looking for slides for my daughter! Thank you so much sunshine. 😉🥰

I always like shopping here because even if it's for a last minute event, I always find what I need. They have a pretty good selection of Men, Women, and children's shoes for any occasion. I was able to get these dress shoes for my son's junior Crossover at a great price!!

I haven't been there in so long it was great to finally get to go back. For 3pm-4pm I was shocked that there wasn't very many employees working on the floor. I didn't need much help because I knew exactly which brand I was looking for. Thank goodness it was my birthday present because we definitely felt the price at the register. All in all Shoe Carnival is ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Very pleased with this shoe store. Every worker was helpful and happy to be there. The store was extremely clean and extremely organized. The clearance section was easy to work through as well which is a true rarity these days. The owner is definitely choosing the right employees to take care of the business.

We saved a bunch of money on a couple of pair of crocs that were 50% off. We just purchased the same crocs for 25% off at a competitor. I will definitely take them back and get a refund. Shoe Carvinal didn't have the sizes we needed but they were able to ship them to us. Plus we got another set of store discounts on top off the 50%. Both pair almost were as cheap as getting one pair from their competitor. We should have come here first!

This store has every shoe I could possibly want... I could have stayed in this store and spent a pretty penny lol. The prices are affordable and there are plenty of options.

I love the store and that you can get great quality shoes at a reasonable price. I have purchase a lot of shoes from there and I'm very please with the staff they always ask if you need any help that's an A+ in my book and the store is clean. I would recommend other people to shop there.

This place was busy as heck today 08.20.2017. Jam packed and full of crazy people wanting all kinds of shoes, kids running around, the line was extra long and I couldn't find the shoe I ordered ahead online for store pick-up. The manager not only found the shoes I ordered but let me go ahead of the entire line. This was absolutely fabulous. Processed me right out the door. I love Shoe Carnival. Awesome sales all the time. My shoes store forever more.

I recently discovered this shoe store at the Best Time since they were having a Bogo sale which Is Buy 1 n get the next item half off. They still have a decent amount of shoes left for males so go AND check them out for good deals on shoes, sandals, socks and everything else.

The people working here were so friendly. They greet you when you walk in. Their friendly when you get to the counter. Plus the store was clean and stocked well.

It was very nice and neat not only that they were covid-19 friendly....they also informed me on how to order a pair of shoes that they did not have in stock in my size they're going to deliver it to my house for free and I got it half
