Sonic Drive-In

Oddest drive thru I've ever gone through, instead of giving my card for processing and getting my order through a window, a car hop came out to the car to handle it, but food came out fast and it was fresh and hot, and you can't get any better than that!

What can I say, Sonic is just dang good!! Friendly staff, great quick food!! The burgers are delicious! Cheers!!

No long wait. Tried the strawberry cheesecake blast. The Orange creme slush was also so good! Cloe brought out our order was very friendly, had her gloves and mask on. Our order was correct.

Every time I get cherry slushes from this Sonic (861 Loop 337 in New Braunfels Texas), they don't have any flavor. They are pale pink flavorless cups of sugar ice and it's very frustrating. I make special trips to Sonic for this specific drink and this location can't seem to get it right. Recently I began selecting extra flavor addin thinking it might help, but if anything, it's worse. At this point, I don't know what to do to fix this as it is either a training issue where the food preparers don't know how to make a slush or a manager issue where they've told the preparers to skimp on flavor.

Sonic has really impressed me lately. Their app is efficient and makes it easy to order ahead. This location did a phenomenal job with our visit there. The staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. It was late at night and we had a large order for the family but the staff had a great attitude and got our order out in a timely manner, fresh, and everything perfectly correct. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again when I'm back in town and it's a pleasure to recommend them to others as well. Hope you have as great an experience as we did.

I’ve looked through the past couple of towns and the ratings on their establishments, and I rarely saw one above 4 stars. This isn’t gourmet, that sell $50 items on their menu, so it’s not going to be the best, but the kids who work here are some of the best you can get. You may see minor things like a missing ketchup or straw, but I have never not gotten a part of my order. And if you do, you can leave your shell for 2 seconds and ask for your darn ketchup!

Food was,... well you get what you pay for. Atmosphere!? It's a cronic! You want Atmosphere!? Sorry!! Service!? Jacob is your service provider, at this location!! I am pretty sure that it was my screw up! Either way! You fixed it ASAP! And THAT is the definition of SERVICE! A good steakhouse would be well served to employ your SERVICE! It's the name of the game! Let the Sonic brass count the beans! Go get the "lettuce", kid!! Best of luck to you!!

Came to eat here and asked for salt, and got Whataburger packages of salt. 🥴🥴

I don't eat there much. But each time I do, it's the best. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

They are always nice, friendly and my order has never been wrong now have I ever had to call back and ask for any condiments, they try to take care of everything correctly the first time.

Great service, vast and efficient. Came back to our outside table several times to check on us. Even chatted with my son asking about his cast and what had happened to him. Needless to say this young man definitely earned a tip from us with his attitude and composure. The food was fresh and hot and came in a very timely manner. I was impressed with the man that took my order, I was a little confused about the sandwich I was ordering and he was very patient with me and quite helpful. That's not the kind of service you typically get at fast food restaurants. I made a point of letting his manager know how great the service was and how much we enjoyed our time here tonight as a family.

Workers working hard there. Our food was super fresh, cheese so melted, bacon all crispy! We have 4 kids, haven't been out much do to covid. home-cooked meals since last March 2020 So when we spend $70.00 out to eat for a family of 7 we really appreciate it done right! Everything was perfect.

This sonic is great in New Braunfels by far the best location. I used the app but it's always on time. The staff is fast, efficient and friendly and if you've ever worked at sonic or a restaurant you understand how understaffed and pressured you're made to be. It was a Smooth trip and my food was fresh.

I often don’t receive a great experience from any sonic here in town. However, today we drove up to this location and had the best experience! Order was brought out quickly. Food was fresh and Zoey was amazing. So professional and her urgency was on point! Way to go zoey!

Was fast and easy. They took my order and made it perfect 👌. Their sweet tea is so good on a hot day and if its to hit a slushy or shake does the trick.

By far best Sonic in NB!! Only downside is they are almost always busy. But definitely worth the wait. All employees try really hard to make every customer happy

Your food an making sure your satisfied they also carry lil clear cups with one time use sanitized wipe to wipe down speaker & button after every use. They are taking the up most care of us.
