I received my Diadora shoes a day early!!! I love these I already had a pair of white shoes now I have black. I am thrilled 😁😁 I was fitted locally for the first pair. I only walk and these are sooo soft 🩷🩷

I ordered my daughter some hard to find new balance shoes on Wednesday afternoon and was told shipping would take about a week. I received them the next day on Thursday afternoon!! Absolutely incredible service!

Love the show I chose a half size bigger and I'm glad I did..I'm usually a perfect 7 Soni got the 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Excellent price and feel great highly recommend..

I got some nice basketball shoes on sale. I had to return one pair because they were too small, and the return was super easy. This is the pair of Adidas that I kept.

Although the service and the products were great,.... I had to return it because my brother, whom I've bought the shoes for, he changed his choice to other color & model.
When I reached out to them to cancel it, they were already processing the order.
They were truly fast in processing the order. It took a while until I receive the package, but it was fine with me. I just refused to spend more to pay for express shipment anyway 🤣

I'm satisfied with the service despite of my brother's indecisive choice 🤭

Very good! I purchased some boots and did not at first receive a shipping and tracking notice, but called customer service and they were really nice, and gave me the tracking #.
The boots arrived the next day, well packaged and in great shape!
I ended up having to return them b/c they did not fit, but the returns were really easy with no problems. Great customer service!

Great price, decent shipping time. The boots are good run a little large. I wear an 8 1/2 to 9 mens. I ordered an 8 to see if I could get a little better fit since I’d never ordered this brand before, and they are a little big. But not enough to send back. So I’d suggest ordering a size smaller to be safe.
