Horrible food & service. 2nd day in a row (AND LAST) that I've ordered lunch from here while at work. Today the lady that took my order didn't understand what I was trying to order, as if it wasn't listed in their menu (but it was). She began to get frustrated, and mumbled something under her breath - obviously a negative comment by the way her manager told her 'No, No!' and shook her head looking at me apologetically in disappointment.

Both days I ordered a Turkey Panini. The first day the panini was cold in the middle, but warm around the edges. The fries were dry and cold. Today the Turkey Panini was not even warm, more like a room temperature sandwich I could've made from home in the morning & avoided refrigeration, sparing me spending over $6, just for the sandwich.

Convenience doesn't offset quality here. I won't be returning.

I come here every once in a while and have never thought the food was great. A lot of the ingredients, especially the bread, seem like they tried to cut costs and get the cheapest version of whatever was available. Well the other day I had a sandwich and there was a HAIR in the food, way longer than any on my head (I'm a guy). I thought I was going to be sick. I honestly can't remember the last time I found anything like that in any restaurant I ate at. I went and got a refund but I will NEVER eat here, disgusting
