The whole team is so nice. Nick the manager always helps me, but Jason was my salesman this time. I was there for a service appointment (inspection), which was completed within 30 min, and they got me out the door the owner of my lease car within 1.5 hr total. Got me all taken care of (and in a timely manner) while I was there so I did not need to come back again before the end of the year. We contacted Justin after seeing a Toyota Sienna on the Auto Trader website. We had been looking to find a low mileage 2020 Sienna for a month or so prior to purchasing. We text him pics of our existing vehicle for trade in and he called back with the trade in value and we agreed. We met the next day at the dealership to make the trade and purchase my new van. I recently purchase a beautiful new Buick Envision Avenir from Classic of Cleburne. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. They kept me apprised of the progress as it moved through the system. The day I picked it up they had all the paperwork ready and took the time to explain the bells and whistles on the car. It even had a bow! This is the second car we’ve purchased from Classic of Cleburne and it will certainly not be the last.

Thanks to Juan Meraz and Asbel Garza for making a great deal for me on my purchase. Both are very professional and helped me through the process to make simple and smooth. Juan greeted me in the pouring rain as soon as I pulled up initially and that got him the sale! They treat you with respect and are very courteous to the customers . They work with you to get you in the vehicle you want. We were there getting our other car serviced and decided to walk around the lot. We Had not planed on purchasing a vehicle. But we found one we wanted to take home and they worked with us to make that happen.

Mr Charlie told me that what set this dealership apart from the rest was that their priority was building a relationship with the customer and making the experience an enjoyable one. He wasn't lying. A majority of my purchase was done over text, email, and phone calls due to the fact that I live over two hours away. Juan Meraz was the sales specialist that took care of me and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick to provide me with responses to my questions. By the time I finally made it out to the dealership to purchase my vehicle, I felt like I knew him. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and made myself and my family feel welcomed. They went out of their way to provide my kids with papers to color and TV shows to watch while the purchase was finalized.
I am extremely happy with the overall experience and with my purchase. And will someday be a repeat customer.
